Dear members of PHOENIX,

If you've seen the recent wars and the high expenditure of both PHOENIX and EDEN, you would have noticed that we can spend well over a 100K gold in a very short time.

These quantities are huge, but often neccesary for tanking in order to win battles in the closing minutes. As an alliance, we cannot gain money through Taxes. Although we gain a humble amount through having fees for member nations, and running projects such as PIMP it can never be enough to drive the Phoenix war machine. After all, when it comes down to it often those with the most gold are the ones with the advantage.

Because of the large consumption of gold and weapons that the new age of warfare in eRepublik demands of us, we are often reliant on gifts, or even loans from member nations in order to win our battles. However there is something you, the citizen can do to help. As an alliance we are often reliant on gifts and donations, chivalrous acts performed by you, the public in order to give us the edge over our enemies. Such gifts allow us to fund tanks, supply troops, even fight and coordinate strikes.

There are times were the payments from Phoenix nations aren't quite enough to give us the financial advantage over our enemies. Today is one of those times. Hungary is recovering from an invasion which fought it down to a single region slowly, valuable regions have been lost, and incomes harmed. If you want to help us, if you want to help your alliance now is the time.It doesn't matter if you are not rich, remember the poor women who gave her last money was treasured more than the rich guys who bought off their sins.

So, please donate to our cause here, in order to allow us to continue our efforts of defending and restoring our allies' integrity, and defend our alliance. One day, donations from citizens of Phoenix, regardless of how big or small may help save our own countries.
