PLAN DE TRABAJO Y LISTA OFICIAL DE CANDIDATOS
CONGRESO SEPTIEMBRE – OCTUBRE

Buenos días ciudadanos de ePerú, somos el Partido de Excelencia Peruana (PEP), el partido más antiguo del país y uno de los que siempre ha estado luchando por el bienestar de ePerú.

El periodo en el congreso pasado fue una derrota para nuestro partido. No conseguimos entrar en el congreso por una mal estrategia frente a los comicios electorales y por la sorprendente competencia que tuvimos frente a los chinos y el partido de emigrantes; por lo que esta vez optaremos por un número bajo de candidatos que pueda trabajar tranquilamente por el país. Personas activas, con experiencia en el juego, buen criterio y una capacidad de análisis dispuesta íntegramente al total servicio del país.

Nuestro plan de trabajo consiste en los siguientes puntos:


1.- Integración de los partidos

Un punto que siempre ha sido un problema tanto para el trabajo en el congreso como frente a la comunidad. No ha existido una unión entre partidos, siempre una que otra rencilla y discusión. Es por eso que vamos a buscar aquel equilibrio para que exista armonía en el congreso y podamos trabajar juntos en el presente y futuro de nuestro país.

Como parte de esta integración, queremos que el Partido de Emigrantes se una al “Work Together” que planteamos. Hasta la fecha ha habido cierta incertidumbre, por parte de todos, a incorporar gente extranjera a la vida política del país. En algunos casos por miedo a TO, en otros, por robos pasados en países semejantes; no obstante, y debido a la falta de peruanos de la vida real que se incorporan al juego, se hace necesario ir abriendo las fronteras poco a poco a la entrada de nuevos ciudadanos.

Inmigración controlada pero abierta, que sepan los inmigrantes que se les va a dar la ciudadanía si cooperan y ayudan a ePeru, y que se les va a dar en un tiempo razonable y si cumplen con los criterios necesarios. Esto nos lleva a otro punto por tratar.


2.- Política Migratoria o de Ciudadanía

Este tema lleva trabajado ya 2 meses, Pero nunca se implementó. Y se olvidaron ciertas cláusulas del elaborado sistema hecho por el PEP Sergio del Carpio (ahora John Salchichon). Es tiempo que el PEP retome el trabajo olvidado por el anterior congreso y lo haga funcionar.

Tiene que ser agregado al reglamento y creada la comisión. Estamos perdiendo gente valiosa que quiere vivir con nosotros y empujar el carro del progreso.

A todo esto, el PEP como promotor del “Work Together” (trabajemos juntos), el cual es nuestro lema, plantea integrar a todos los ciudadanos de provecho en este frente unificado.
“Work Together” Es una frase que denota nuestra disposición de hacer un país libre, unido y tolerante.

El PEP fue fundado por inmigrantes y el gran número de peruanos integrantes mantienen una postura de aceptación a la diversidad y a los aportes de personas de distintos países. Sabemos que este es un juego, pero lo tomamos con seriedad, y siendo consecuentes con esto es mejor sacar el mayor provecho de todas las oportunidades que el mismo nos presenta, aceptando la experiencia de aquellos que ya pasaron por lo mismo que nosotros, pero integrándola a nuestro propio análisis e idiosincrasia.

Divirtámonos juntos y trabajemos por un ePeru unido y fuerte.


3.- Aspecto Económico

El PEP como partido está comprometido con el crecimiento económico del país, por tanto, forjaremos contratos comerciales con países productores de materias que el nuestro no tiene o que no se encuentra en la facultad de sacar provecho, para poder surtir al mercado de precios competitivos. Así mismo, empresas nacionales tendrán la oportunidad de sacar provecho, compitiendo en óptimas condiciones en el ámbito internacional.

Esta una propuesta que necesita un amplio estudio pero de salir positivo, es de claro provecho su implementación.

Algunas ideas para tan pretenciosa propuesta son las siguientes:
- Convenios de ayuda con países grandes que pueda financiar las licencias bajo contrato por precio fijado. Una forma burda de TLC.
- Apoyo financiero por parte del gobierno, mediante préstamos cómodos y como incentivo de un fondo colectivo.

A sí mismo, la experiencia y estudios han coincidido que el hierro es el arma más grande que tiene el ePerú, y debe ser explotada ante cualquier otra cosa. Velaremos por este rubro, para que pueda ser el producto bandera y ePerú pueda sacar el mayor provecho posible a su privilegiada situación, trabajaremos junto con el ejecutivo en la modificación de las leyes de impuestos de este producto como el de otros que puedan beneficiar a los 3 sectores que nos importan: La empresa, el consumidor y el estado.


4.- Plan Social

Un aspecto muy importante, imposible de descuidar, las ayudas sociales, la integración como comunidad. Desde aquí aplaudimos la propuesta del ejecutivo con su plan de tutoría. El PEP está a favor de dichos proyectos y se la jugará por elaborar otros que mejoren la calidad y comodidad de nuestros ciudadanos.

Uno de estos proyectos es la implementación de una comisión de apoyo a las wargames. Un programa que debería ir de la mano con el proyecto de tutoría. Pero no debe quedar en un logro hecho. Es una satisfacción cuando trae resultados, y nunca lo hará si se desconoce de su existencia.

Una comisión especializada financiada por el gobierno que se encargará de enseñar cómo cuidar la salud, y de darles el empujón para que los ciudadanos nuevos entren a su primer wargame, mediante regalos y tickets de avión. Esta iniciativa tiene que ser fuertemente impulsada en los medios. Si no llega a aquellos que recién conocen el juego, que por el mismo motivo no entran al foro, nunca les servirá. Es responsabilidad de aquellos interesados acercarse a estos programas, pero es mayor la responsabilidad nuestra de hacernos notar. Y ese será nuestro compromiso como congreso.

Estos son 4 de los puntos más importantes que ameritan una atención especial. Aun se encuentra pendiente la modificación y actualización del reglamento del congreso. Hay muchos debates que hemos oficializado hace 2 periodos, pero lamentablemente por asuntos ajenos a nosotros no se han puesto a funcionar. Eso será lo que haremos a la par de nuestras funciones como congresistas. Algo más interno al poder Legislativo.

Para terminar, el presidente del partido ha conversado con cada uno de los candidatos que vamos a presentar como partido para estas elecciones, y serán los únicos candidatos oficiales. Solo apoyaremos a aquellos que se han acercado a coordinar dicho proceso. Es por ello que a todos los inscritos al PEP, a los simpatizantes y a los que confíen en que podemos lograrlo, voten única y exclusivamente por uno de los personajes de esta lista, y aquellos que deseen comprometerse en ayudarnos a conseguir el mayor número de curules, contáctense con el presidente del partido, Adrian Callaghan. Con la comunicación y la ayuda debida se puede aportar mucho.

PLAN WORK AND CANDIDATES OFFICIAL LIST
CONGRESS SEPTEMBER – OCTOBER

Good morning ePerú citizens, we are the Peruvian Excellence Party (PEP), the older party in our country and one which has always been fighting for the welfare of ePerú.

We did not get into the congress by a bad strategy towards the voting polls and the striking competition against the Chinese and the party of emigrants; so this time we will choose a low number of candidates who can work quietly in the country. Active, persons with relevant experience in the game, good judgment and analysis capacity, fully prepared to the total service of the country.

Our plan work consists of the following points:


1.- Integration of parties

A point that has always been a problem for work in the Congress as to the community. There has not been a union between parties, always one another quarrel and discussion. That's why we're going to find that balance so that there is harmony in the congress and we can work together in the present and future of our country.

As part of this integration, we want the Emigrant Party joins the "Work Together" we raised. To date there has been some uncertainty, on the part of all, to incorporate foreign people to the country's political life. 2.- Migration Policy or citizenship

3.- Economic Aspect

PEP as a party is committed to the country's economic growth, therefore, forge trade agreements with countries producing materials that ours dont or cant take advantege, to be able to provide competitive pricing market. In addition, national companies will have the opportunity to take advantage, competing in optimum conditions in the International field.

This proposal needs a comprehensive study but if he tested positive, its clear the advantage of its implementation.

Some ideas for as pretentious proposal are as follows:

- Agreements for help with large countries that can finance the licenses under fixed price contract. A crude form of FTA.
- Financial support from the Government, through comfortable loans and as a incentive for a collective fund.

Itself, experience and studies have coincided iron is the largest weapon that is the ePerú, and should be exploited before anything else. We shall ensure this area, so this can be the flagship product and ePerú can get the most out of its privileged situation, we will work jointly with the executive to amend the tax laws of this product as the others that would benefit the 3 areas that matter: The company, the consumer and the state.


4.- Social Plan

An very important aspect, impossible to neglect, social aid, integration as a community. From here we applaud the proposal of the Executive with its plan of mentoring. The PEP is in favour of such projects and it will play by developing others to improve quality and comfort of our citizens.

One of these projects is the implementation of a Commission in support of the wargames. A programme which should go hand in hand with the mentoring project. But should not just become a fact achieved. It is a satisfaction when you bring results, and never It will do it so if you do not know of its existence.

A Commission specialized funded by the Government which shall teach how care for the health, and to give them the push for new citizens come to its first wargame, through gifts and plane tickets. This initiative has to be strongly promoted in the media. If this iniciative dont reach those who are new in the game, which fall outside the Forum, it will never help them. It’s the responsibility of those interested approaching these programs, but is greater responsibility to make us notice. And that will be our commitment as Congress.

These are 4 of the most important points which merit special attention. Even pending the modification and updating of the regulation of the Congress.
