This game has become a little boring for people that play in small ecountries that are conquered by DICTATORS. Lets restart the project for democracy and raise money for the countries that wanna start a liberation war and get rid of the DICTATOR.
All donations will be posted in this article and before we gonna start a war for liberation we will conduct a referendum .
Lets raise the money so we can free the game and make the congress count again.

However, If you really want to guarantee democracy, the funds also must go for buy and destroy military units.
It's a good cause, but any country you 'liberate' would simply be MTO'd. That would be a bigger problem, and take away even the 'new' fun. 🙂

There was a project like this by Nin Lynx. It had a few actions, then it went inactive. For a good reason.
A well-organized military group has millions of cc, and you cant compete with that with an organization based on donations. You would need a lot of people giving you much money, but here's the thing: rich people don't give significant amounts of money to community projects. That's why they're rich in the first place - if they would hand out their money, they would stop being wealthy.
Back in the day, things like this would have been possible, when many people gave up everything to defend their countries... But they eventually learned through all these years, that everything is temporary in this game, so there's no reason to give up everything for defending their countries - because they will liberate it soon, anyway.
Besides that, people will only give you money to fight against the dictatorships of countries THEY DONT LIKE. Of course not against dictators from their own countries.
Oh, and there are countries that are PTOd from the very early ages of this game. Countries where they've got little to no population from the RL country. Like North Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, etc. You can't do anything for them, although they would deserve democracy the same.

I add you one more reason: that project begun to ask people to fight for self-coups to defend communities, even some members became dictators themselves, despite the project was called "International Democratic Army".
Simply put: when I boost the project, I did it thinking people around the project thought the same way as me: people protecting democracy worldwide. Hence, when they showed their true colors, it became obvious to me the best thing to do was diminishing my involvement progressively, since it was morally impossible for me to keep the deformation.
