[PEACE WarGames] - Signing the Contract

This is the first article of the newspaper, created specificaly to direct and coordinate the actions regarding these WarGames, conceived in PEACE Global Community and to be held at Argentina-Chile.

From now on, we will follow the development of these WarGames along articles which will indicate wha'ts the next step to do.

I would be a good idea for all of you, representatives of each country, to spread it among your population so they suscribe and can be fully updated on the whole process.

Now, after months of planning, WarGames are finally starting. There's a lot of people responsible for this and to be thanked, many who did their part to help this idea become true in the best possible form. This idea started months ago between Chile and Argentina, at that time with Reina Borg and Chuck Norris, and a lot of advance has been made ever since, allowing to make WarGames bigger and thus, cheaper for everyone.

First Step - Sign the contract

First thing is to sign the contract. Remember that no Organization can sign it, only the citizens in their representation.

All presidents and governor of each national bank account stated in points 1.1. and 1.2. must sign this in order to be valid. So le'ts get to it ASAP.

So next step will start when all signatoires stated above do their job.

Some notes:

- It is a good idea to start making educational articles for your population, about how to move to your region with Q5 Hospital, how to fight 5 times a day and work when wellness is around 100, etc. Remember also that food is always necesary, without eating food the house is not used, and you also lose 1 point of exp you would gain eating.

- It is also a good idea to analize your weapons markets in order to avoid a future weapons insufficiency. Most common action is to lower weapons Import Tax and look for companies willing to export to your countries, but that depends on each one.

- As PEACE GC countries, we ask you to be responsible about this. These WarGames were thought to train our common population and Congressman, mostly on small countries, this is not for soldiers. There's a small price for this and it is to keep supporting the alliance in the fronts where we need the soldiers while WarGames take care of the common population exp points, rank and interest in the game.
