With this treaty all of the sides agree to swap regions as it is specified below and then cease military actions against each other until the 5th of June, unless treaty is prolonged by the newly elected Presidents.

A deposit of 100 000 CC is transfered to Bank of England by Belarus and Lithuania to ensure both sides follow the terms of this treaty. In case one side breaks the treaty, both deposits are transfered to the account of the other side. In case none of the sides break treaty, the deposit will be returned to both sides when treaty term commences.

Region swap will be achieved according to the following steps (starting from 21st of May and continuing as soon as game mechanics allow it):

1. Lithuania attacks Hrodzienskaya and loses, then Belarus attacks Dainava and loses too.
2. Belarus attacks Vitebskaya and Brestskaya by RW and wins.
3. Latvia declares Belarus as Natural Enemy.
4. Latvia attacks Vitebskaya and loses.
5. Belarus takes Homelskaya by RW.
6. Belarus attacks Latgale and wins.
7. Belarus attacks Vidzeme and wins.
8. Estonia declares Belarus as Natural Enemy.
9. Russia declares Latvia as their NE.
10. Lithuania attacks Vitebskaya and wins.
11. Estonia attacks Vidzeme and loses.
12. Russia attacks Mahilyowskaya and Minskaya and wins.
13. Belarus attacks Louna Eesti and wins.
14. Latvia attacks Louna Eesti and Vidzeme and wins.
15. Lithuania attacks Latgale and wins.
16. Lithuania signs peace with Belarus.

During the region swap ABC have to fight for Belarus in war against Latvia and Estonia. Belarus will follow EDEN’s orders.

All sides agree that after region swap:

1. Lithuania will borrow Vitebskaya from Belarus.
2. Belarus will not ask Terra/Eden (or ONE/ABC) to fight for Belarus side in the resistance wars.
3. If any resistance war is successful, Lithuania will declare Belarus as their Natural Enemy and take back the regions that were taken back.
4. Belarus will not have to lose any part of the deposit if Lithuania doesn’t take care of the resistance war and does not fight in it.
5. Belarus will not fight against Lithuania and will not declare them as their Natural Enemy if a war between Lithuania and Belarus has to take place to get Vitebskaya back.
6. If during any training war that is necessary to make region swaps/get back lost regions Lithuania or Belarus fails to fulfill the training war conditions they lose 20 000 CC from their deposit.

Договаривающиеся стороны согласны с тем, чтобы провести обмен регионами в установленном ниже порядке, после чего обязуются не начинать военные действия друг с другом до 5-го июня 2012 года.

Беларусь и Литва оставляют залог в 100 000 национальной валюты в Bank of England (Великобритания) как гарантию соблюдения данного договора. Если одна из сторон нарушит данный договор, то другая получит оба залога. Если ни одна из сторон не нарушит договор, то деньги будут возвращены владельцам по истечению соглашения.

Операция по обмену регионами будет проходить в следующем порядке (начиная с 21-го мая):

1. Литва атакует Гродно и проигрывает битву за него, Беларусь атакует Дайнаву и проигрывает битву за неё.
2. Беларусь освобождает Витебск и Брест с помощью восстаний.
3. Латвия объявляет Беларусь своим Естественным Врагом (далее - ЕВ).
4. Латвия атакует Витебск и прогрывает битву за него.
5. Беларусь освобождает Гомель с помощью восстания.
6. Беларусь атакует Латгале и захватывает его.
7. Беларусь атакует Видземе и захватывает его.
8. Эстония объявляет Беларусь своим ЕВ.
9. Россия объявляет Латвию своим ЕВ.
10. Литва атакует Витебск и захватывает его.
11. Эстония атакует Видземе и проигрывает битву.
12. Россия захватывает Минск и Могилёв.
13. Беларусь атакует Луну-Эсти и захватывает её.
14. Латвия атакует Видземе и Луну-Эсти и захватывает их.
15. Литва атакует Латгале и захватывает его.
16. Литва заключает мир с Беларусью.

АБЦ обязуется поддерживать Беларусь в ходе её битв с Латвией и Эстонией в процессе обмена регионами. Беларусь будет следовать приказам EDEN.

Все стороны согласны после завершения обмена со следующими пунктами:
1. Литва будет удерживать Витебск.
2. Беларусь не будет просить поддержки в восстаниях в этом регионе у Terra или EDEN (или ONE/ABC).
3. Если восстание в Витебске окажется успешным, то Литва объявит Беларусь своим ЕВ и вернёт регион.
4. Беларусь не потеряет свой залог, если Литва не будет участвовать в подавлении восстания в Витебске.
5. Беларусь обязуется не объявлять Литву своим ЕВ, если восстание в Витебске будет успешным и Литва будет возвращать этот регион.
6. Если во время войны/обмена регионами при необходимости проиграть битву Беларусь или Литва все-таки выиграют её, то они потеряют 20 тысяч от своего залога.
