Sorry these are a bit late but sadly (or not so sadly perhaps) Dr Kawishiwi hasn't got the time to keep this going as he's been made the eUK Minister of Finance for this month.

Still don't know how to apply... come on people, start COMMUNICATING! That means getting the word out to everyone, not just the ones who subscribe to your newsletters! Actually that's a major fault with the way this game is set up,, impossible to messagebomb the citizens....
