[PCP] CP Backing, and Updates

Afternoon Comrades, a few updates to give you today. Let’s just get on with it, shall we. 😛

Presidential Elections

Yesterday we conducted the presidential poll, on who to back this election. The results are as followe😛

Richard Feist: 10%
CptChazbear😛 30%
5Butjam: 40%
Bamber: 0%
lewis hollan😛 0%
Abstain: 20%

This means we will be supporting 5Butjam in the forthcoming Presidential elections. This of course does not mean that PCP members have to vote him, it is purely a guideline of the party’s preference. Please feel free to vote for whomever you wish.

Constitution and Manifesto

Over the past week or so we have been discussing updates to our constitution, as well as getting our policies across in our first manifesto in god knows how many months. 😛 These will be finalised and released on the 9th February, so if you want to get your thoughts and opinions heard, get posting now! xD

The People’s Army is a PCP-run Military Unit. As well as fighting for directly under MoD orders, we promote a sense of community, comradeship and fun. It is currently led by PCP oldfag and general nice-guy Sir Botham . If you want to join please do! We are always looking for new members, PCP or not.

I am also working on some reforms to be implemented in the PA, keep your eyes out for that. 😛

Party Meeting

There will be a party meeting tomorrow on #pcp.private at 12:00 erep time (8.00 GMT). The keycode can be found on the forums, or alternatively just message me for it . The agenda is as followe😛

If you can make it please come along! I'd like to see as many comrades there as possible, I am hoping this can become a weekly event.

Thats about all folks, I'm sorry I have not achieved as much as I would have liked to this term, but I feel I am learning every day, and the party is getting stronger every day. 🙂

What is going on? True communist values have been thrown out of the window here....
either change your party or not be a communist.
Some players may of heard of the communists and have only joined because they think its cool, yet you are leading them into a false ideology! Change your ways or be untrue communists

Communism is a society with no leaders, the people make all the decisions.

Communism has never been properly tested, Russia didn't remain Communist very long since a new unelected elite took power, China/N.Korea were never really Communist in the way they went about things.

Communism in eRepublik is a good idea imo, since the bulk of my Legion job pay is in tanks rather than cash I can see how it would work.

sounds more like Leninism/Stalinist/Maoist , which were far from haveing their countries becomeing true communist states

@fightandproduce- capitalist is doing things for your own benefit and trying to get as wealthy as you can- so yes it is very capitalist
