Comrades, I an proud to announce the creation of the People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs. The creation was mentioned by our glorious president, Utku Akin, in his previous article introducing the emergency state measures here.
Now I, Che Guevara ll, have been chosen by means of application to head this new branch of the government. The task of the PCIA is to successfully and systematicly discover and destroy enemy multiple accounts and other rule breaking activities the capitalist scum carry out. All multis found by our agents will be immediately reported en masse.
The PCIA is a necessary tool to prevent the right wing from overcoming us using swarms of multis to chear in the elections, like they did in the last elections. The Communists have proper support, the capitalists have no support, so they have turned to multiple accounts making. Because of the PCIA's dedication to reporting this accounts, it will prove to be the downfall of the capitalists.
The PCIA is currently accepting new agents, if you wish to apply, send me a mail. Duties will include mass-reporting and combing on new citizens. Do your duty to the CSSR, defend against multiple account threats!

Anyway, not going to discuss real life issues here, because it just leads to pointless discussions. NKVD is probably not the smartest name. No need to continually confirm the stereotypes the anti-communists project on us.
