[PASS IT ON] Synesi

Day 1,545, 22:22 Published in USA USA by Synesi

Welcome to "PASS IT ON" the game which will hopefully bring social fun to the eWorld!

The rules are simple, you can't PASS IT ON unless you have been tagged to PASS IT ON.

I simply PASS IT ON to three people I like or choose at random on eRepublik and they do the same, when I PASS IT ON I should also leave them a message.

When you have been tagged make sure to write an article of PASS IT ON and PASS IT ON to three other friends

It may also help to inform the victims of the article so they can carry the game on.

Jon Malcom wubbed me, so now i wub these three people:

Potato because he is a king spud.

Firo Prochainezo cause he is an everlasting bro.

Kria Erikson cause she is awesome in all ways.

Test Article:
If Flight Training can do it, so can you.

Greetings Americans,

The past week was a rough one for USAF. I log from my semi eRetirement in to hear that there are plans to merge AF and FT. Naturally, the Flight Training officers are pissed and don't understand why this is happening. Naturally, I'm calling for blood after hearing that someone would want to do this with my creation. Naturally the executive staff gets defensive. Accusations were made and we believe that we were being misrepresented. It is not arrogance that makes us say that Flight Training does a great job, an independent audit of FT proved that last month. We got an 85% approval rate from our graduates. Things came to a head, and eAmerica witnessed a full resignation of the Flight Training officer corps. Between shouts, articles, and angry IRC chats, a pattern was forming with USAF branches. When you get fed up, get the fuck out. Leave and start doing your own thing. Many "I told you so's" were thrown around. "Stupid exec not listening to his COs",”Dumb branch getting pissed again, hur dur”; such things are becoming all too common. And America was content to let this be the end of the story, "typical government" they all proclaimed.

But this is NOT the end of the story. The resignation article was published, and each side unleashed fire upon the other. But tempers cooled. Dialogue opened, and something unprecedented happened. The PotUS and his CoS had a sit down with the CO and XO of FT. After the tempers cooled down, they just said, maybe it's not too late to talk.

What it came down to is this:

There comes a time where you just need to look at your issues, and just get over it. If you don't even remember why the hostility was there. It's time to put on your big boy pants. If you currently have reasons for being hostile, maybe it's time to address those and move on.

I was gonna make this a wordy and verbose article, but meh. The past is in the past and that is where we will leave it. We will live in the present, which is this:

- The Executive body and Flight Training Officer Corps have worked out their problems.

- Flight Training will continue to exist as an independent organization.

- Per executive approval, I am returning as Commanding Officer of the USAF Flight Training program.

- Air Force and Flight training will begin a new era of cooperation and communication.

Serving this country will be our top priority, not fueling division and shadow.

Too often we don't learn from our past. We are content to let our squabbles destroy what we have worked so hard to build.

The current trend in this game is division. The USAF has again gone through the fire, but this time we emerge stronger. We are the phoenix that rises from the ashes, each time we fall, we get up stronger.(ermergerd was that a reference to an alliance or just a metaphor 😮 )

The past is a double edged sword, we can learn it's lessons or be held back by it.

We choose to learn.
