[OFFICIAL] Update #3 from the Speaker of Congress

Greetings, citizens of eJapan, once again, to your (not so) weekly update from your Speaker of Congress. Here's what's going on in your representative body this week:

1: Yearly Medals
Congress is currently in unanimous agreement over granting certain citizens medals, once a year, based on excellent contribution to game and community. You still have time to contribute to the nominations in this board.

2: Tanking Budget
Our nation needs an army. Armies need tanks. Tanks need ammo. Ammo costs money. You do the math.

3: MOAR WARZ?
With the new challenges for eRepublik's third birthday, and in general because war is fun, congress is taking suggestions on what MPPs we should sign to secure Japan's activity and experience-gains. If you have anything to add, POST IT.

4: NEW CITIZEN MESSAGE
My personal favorite from this update, Roland_Up provides us with some digital magic in the form of our brand new citizen message image. It's pretty epic. I gave Roland 5 gold just for a job well done, and you should pass some encouragement his way as well
