大君 of the month!

Day 1,362, 22:51 Published in Japan Japan by Darshu
"If I could do it all again, I'd be a farmer." - said by the former president of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and exactly 500 e-days ago quoted by an old and grumpy player, we all admired.

Thus I will introduce the Reiji Award for those young and talented players who are motivated, and have an overall good result with managing companies. We want to reward and encourage those young Japanese citizens who started to run business in Japan and employ other citizens in their company. Having lots of companies are less important, than having lots employers / company and being an important supplier on the Japanese and Foreign Markets. The committee (me, Danyeo, ExReality, Tetsuya Tameru, Reiji Mitsurugi[honorary member with extra voting power]) will choose 2 winners based on their stats, which is deducted from their profile. Citizens of Japan can also vote for their favorite employer, every vote will be added to the points one can achieve.

The Rules:
You need to be a Japanese citizen.
You need to be less than 1 year old.
You need to send your profile (and optional: small introduction) to Tetsuya Tameru, who will summarize the participants and the votes they receive from Japanese citizens.
You can use the forums (http://nipponblog.net/index.php) and pms to Tetsuya Tameru to vote or participate.

Awards:

Best Farmer: 9000 JPY (enough to start anew in the land industry). We will use citizen's votes to decide who will be awarded.

Best Artisan: 20 Gold (enough for small upgrades or new licenses). We will use the stats (number of employers, number of companies, days in the game, API data) to choose the best.

Dedicated, young Japanese farmers successfully keeping birds away

This is a one time occasion, future leaders of Japan can decide whether to continue this game or not. For more details, you can turn to Tetsuya Tameru (Minister of Interior) and check the forums.
