這篇主要是來自於Alex，第一次來台灣IRC時，當時有人在上面嫌惡台灣很差什麼的。
讓我想起了一篇文章，於是我興起了想畫這篇雙語的繪報，不過我沒有翻完，因為包含英文中文圖畫等，
都是我一手包，已經畫了3-4天還是只畫了這點，我有空會補齊後續的。

I wrote this because when Alex joined our IRC channel for the first time ,some people were criticizing Taiwan.That made me think of an article.
herefore I decide to make this illustrated bilingual newspaper
However the translation part is not complete right now, for that the contents such as illustrartions, Chinese and English articles were made only by me
After working on it for even 3 to 4 days ,only some of them were finished
I will post the rest later it is finished.
