[NSC]Battles raging on

Day 2,121, 01:45 Published in USA USA by HeapSeppo

Sometimes things happen when you least expect it. It did for us last night. Yes, I released an article saying that we should not hit Poland for now, yet a bit more than 24 hours later we hit them. Poland attacked us in the middle of their night, which is known as eUS and CoT prime time-- prime time means that we are at the peak of our activity while most of them are sleeping. We managed to score a few free and early points and kept fighting all day with CoT to get the win. We fought hard, and in the end we did it; we have gotten the initiative on them.

A beautiful sight

What will happen now?

In the middle of all of this, Mexico proposed an NE on Poland to be able to help us in our crusade against them. In return they got two NEs thrown against themselves.

Venezuela: http://www.erepublik.com/en/main/law/Venezuela/132239

As I write this it does look like the Venezuelan NE will be voted down, but the Spanish one will surely pass. Mexico and eUS will now strike Poland together as we ignore the Spanish front. It’s been about 1½ weeks since we fought on eUS soil; time to fight hard again.

Mexico being real bros and once again NEing a stronger country for the sake of USA

What about other fronts?

Today we have several big battles, most of them were won but one was lost. We are keeping the steam up, though, which is the most important thing right now. I’ll be listing each front to give you more intimate details.

Bulgaria: Bulgaria had a tough fight today against Lithuania’s 2nd to last Scandinavian region. After a tight battle, Bulgaria came out victorious in the MPP battle at the same time as the last region got RWd back to Norway. Lithuania is now out of Scandinavia and working their way back by NEing Sweden. Romania also started an airstrike at day change that looks to pass.

Italy, France and Croatia: Previously, Italy and France both lost initiative against Slovenia while Croatia marched on. Yesterday we managed to turn it again and win back the initiative. They started out strong and won a few rounds but have now run into more resistance, we will see at the end of the day who stands victorious.

The French colonies: While we were fighting against Hungary and getting close to removing them France threw a Hail Mary pass and airstriked Hungary into their Russian regions. This secured France a congress. Lately TWO has been fighting hard to RW this back to Russia so that France doesn’t sit safe, and today they succeeded. After fighting against it, France decided to leave that battle to focus on other fronts.

Russia: Hungary is on the march to Russia again. They have won the first two battles and are now striking again in Volga.

I was told to not fight for eUS against Poland, what now?

This is one of the things I love about this game, it’s dynamic and sometimes things happen without planning for it. Disregard what I said about not fighting against Poland in the last article-- we’re on the warpath once again, so this time I’d like to leave you with this: We are coming for you Poland, and we will hail liberty down on you.
