One Q2 House Available for Auction. All citizens of Erepublik are welcome to take part.
Bidding begins: immediately from the base price of 6.50 Gold and upwards. This may be done by posting a reply to this article.
Bidding ceases: at 15:00 June 16 (Tuesday) Erepublik time. At this time I will check the bids and the highest bid present will be deemed the winner. Because replies are not accurately date stamped (eg. 16/06/09 17:45:02), bidders are advised not to rely on last minute bidding and should ideally stop bidding ~15 minutes before the deadline. Bidding will cease when I check the bids which will be as close to 15:00 as possible.
An immediate buy out will take place if someone messages me and offers to pay a lump sum of 11.00 Gold. This of course is only applicable if received before bidding ceases and once confirmed, will end/invalidate all bidding.
The winning bid or purchaser will be contacted by me ASAP to arrange the transfer of goods. I will be happy to set up a contract if that is what is requested.
