The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea reasserts it’s claim towards the lands of south joseon and pledges to fight ANY organization that stands in the way of unity.
The solution to the instability of south joseon and the malcontent of its people is unity with the north. Only then, and under the protection of the [North] Korea’s government, can the foreign elements be uprooted.
Recently a shadowy organization has appeared, which seems to be gaining funds from mysterious sources for reasons unknown. They are proclaiming to be the answer to the strife the southern region is experiencing by being governed by a puppet government of Romanian Imperialist. Southerners should reject any assistance they offer and reject their very presence. The answer to ridding the Korean peninsula of foreigners isn’t more foreigners - It is through unity with the north. We are the only ones who can solve the south's problems.
[North] Korea pledges that it will seek to counteract any influence this organization may seek to impose - whether this means defending against a hinted PTO attempt. We will defend our interests and our right to the region.

The entire leadership of North Korea (Drago was born in Busan and lives in texas IRL, Kaige is from Seoul) is made up of IRL Koreans or a couple of half bloods (myself included).
Unlike south joseon - where IRL Romanians and IRL British run the show.
