[Nobunaga] Rise of the Touhou Empire(Cp Election)

Hello dear eJapanese.
It has come to the attention that there are people supporting our neutral and cultural cause, and i now wish to see it through.
So I'm going to make a hopefully enjoyable Manifesto for you to read.

[The Touhou Empire]

Yes you've read it right, I stand for creating the Touhou Empire, and what does it mean exactly might you ask. Well put simply it won't affect the current way of doing politics much and things will go on as they should, but Culture will be a larger theme in the bigger picture especially around Touhou.
I want to make it more enjoyable by merely adding small events and such etc. to make it more community friendly and not just focus on being the strongest fighter in the eWorld, we are a small community and while we are not strong atleast we should be able to enjoy ourselves together!

Now onto a bit of the different sections.

Military:
I will continue the centralized Military system to get a more stable and united force instead of spread(Though no one is forcing anyone to join the 2 state funded MUs but otherwise you should be funding yourself. The "Want the state funding, join the state" premise.) all around. Some people are against such a thing but what they miss to see is that this is to strenghten the small force we have, and utilising it the best way for the country. I know some of you may disagree with me but look at it from a real life perspective and you should understand aswell.


Foreign Affairs and eRoC:
Well as you all know we're in CoT now, and i intend to keep it that way. People may say it's a bad thing because of Taiwan and China but we're an independant country and we should be running our own affairs. CoT is the only Alliance that has open arms for us and that's what a brotherhood is about, CoT might be a small alliance consisting of small countries but atleast we are brothers in arms.

Also on the matter of eRoC, even though we don't want to be controlled by them and we shall not, but it is beneficial for us to call to peace with them(No, not pay huge amounts of gold or anything like that). It's mixed feelings about eachother on each side, but It's something to be worked on, we can't hate eachother forever(It's a game). I will continue to be in talks with eRoC and maybe reach some form of conclusion and ofcourse whatever comes to us will be run through referendum so every citizen in eJapan has the right to vote and voice their opinion about it.

Economy:

Well.. Taxes! everyone loves taxes right? Well that being said noone really wants high taxes because it can hurt the economy for newer players, but in the end it is quite beneficial to get higher state funding and thus we can run more/better programs that also includes newcommer programs, also let's not forget the centralized military MUs, where there is an MU designated for people in both 1st and 2nd division which will fund new people to become stronger and keep on fighting. So when it comes to Taxes it will either stay as it is or we should rise it for the sake of state funding and newcommer programs.

Culture:
I will touch this aswell as I'm running from a cultural neutral party. As i had mentioned above i want to make more frequent yet small events for people to enjoy, it could be all from Touhou gaming events to just general picture events. I also want to see the royal empress event to come back as it has long history in this country.

If it comes down to me winning i will make sure i do a proper job in the soul of eJapan and in the soul of Touhouism!
