OK, someone, somewhere, said beer & boobs can win anerection election; so here goes:

Apparently I need to include some policy in here ... booo!
Let me explain the offer I was going to give eCanada. It would be a classic race to the flag; the flag being the opponent's capital, which would have to be held for 2 consecutive RWs. Then the full merger would entail with the winning country steam-rollering the loser and being the dominant party in the merger. So, if eUK won, the merged nation would be named eUKan; if eCanada won the race it would be named eCanUK. And the merged nation would join whichever alliance the dominant country wanted to.
Of course there'd have to be some conditions. Reduce MPPs to only 2 key ones. But neither of those MPPs are allowed to NE either eUK or eCanada. If a third party NEs either country and attacks, or via air-strike, both countries would defend the attack and leave the MPPs to settle any current merger battle.
Obviously the remaining MPPs of the loser would lapse in favour of those held by the winner. Populations would be free to transfer to the dominant country, or move abroad; I presume this happened with Germark.

Vistulus, I remember having logic and decent conversations in congress, we are both man enough to understand what were the circumstances back then when I joined eIreland.
