[NHS] New Director and Thankyou

Hello,
First off I would like to thank everyone who helped replenish our pantry after what Chewie did. We lost everything, but the community came together to give us support. I would also like to thank eBelgium for their support of collecting food for us.
As some of you may or may not know I (Dr Kawishiwi) will be stepping down as the Director of the National Health Service to try new things. I have been Director for 4 months and thought it was a good time to step down and let Madelina de Melrose take the reigns. She has been working in the NHS for 5 months if Im not mistaken, working very hard to make sure the new citizens got their food.
