[NGP] March Congress Elections

Hello everyone! Its bin a little while since the last update but the Greens are back to give everyone our plans for the upcoming Congress elections.

Congress Elections
First off I will give you the list of candidates that we have running so far. Please note that more people may join and run under our banner (which I encourage) as we are unceratain about the possible PTO attempt, so if you are running with a very over crowded list already (ahem members of Tek) feel free to join and run under the NGP banner. This is to make sure we elect safe candidates and you have no obligations to stay in the NGP because there are a couple candidates that we are unsure about but we are working with the National Committee to take all precautions possible.

National Media Strategy
After the results of the National Survey were released that was hosted by the NGP we begun work on crafting together a National Media Strategy. A large majority of responders (75😵 supported such a strategy to help increase our media and overall community activity. It still needs some work but I believe we are on the right path. We will table this motion early into the new Congress term for Congress discussion and approval and release it publicly for a wider input.



Taxes
The NGP has no plans to start discussions on raising the work tax. We believe that because we are not currently supporting any national programs that we are not in need of any money that desperately to need to raise the work tax. However a vote will be put forth soon to lower the weapons import tax and the VAT tax on weapons to help bring more competition to Norway which will help drive down the prices of weapons which will make everybody happy!
