eSK-eROC conference was held recently but their conference didn't go to well. Here it is the fact.

In the conference, eSK want to negotiate to get back motherlands from eROC without battle.

eSK want to get back 3regions that eROC can maintain their resource bonus after returnning, and get a peace promise from eROC.

but, eROC don't want to return eSK lands because eROC congress don't want to do that.

eROC congressmen are nervous that eSK can attack their regions with ONE union.

So, two nations failed to realize the anticipated result from negotiation.

Now, two nations are planning to hold next meeting on 20th.
