Hi,i am woshiempire,i am here to tell u about issues of ur wellness.First of all,if u have any trouble ,u can pm me. i will answer them as soon as possilbe.You can look at other guide which i wrote.Acadamic school is still open for new students.

==How to increase ur wellness?==

=Food
it depend of ur quality of food.q1 increase 1 wellness,q2 increase 2 and so on
eg,if u are working(q1 company) and train , it reduce 2 wellness daily.If u eat q1 food it only increase by 1 wellness
So.-2+1=-1.Hence, ur overall wellness drop by 1 daily. if u eat q1 food.

if u eat q2 food,u will increase 2 wellness.-2+2=0.Hence, overall u will not decrease nor increase ur wellness.

=House
q1 house increase 1 wellness daily and q2 house increase 2 daily and so on.
eg,if u are working(q1 company) and train , it reduce 2 wellness daily.If u eat q2 food it only increase by 2 wellness.
so,it will be -2+2=0.However with a q1 house, it is like this,-2+2+1=+1.Hence, ur overall wellness will be increased by 1 daily.

=Gifts
Q1 gifts give u 1 wellness and q2 gifts give u 2 wellness.BUT,u need others to give u.you cannot self gifts urself.
However,u can have a gifts partner.he sent gifts to u and u sent gifts to him and both increase wellness.but the maximun amount of gifts a person can get is 10 daily.

=''Short cut'' on increasing ur wellness
Join in a war and use hospital.
if u have 60 wellness before battle and u go join 1 fight.(each fight cost 10 wellness). u will have 50 wellness left and u use a q5 hospital(q5 heal 50wellness).. u will get 100 wellness at the end.
However,hospital can only use once a day and u must in a fight at least once.

==What do wellness do?==

1st increase ur producitvity. with more wellness u can produce more products and help sg economy.
2nd, will not die.if u have 0 wellness,you will die.
3rd,can fight more when in need.( 100wellness mean u can fight 5 times before using a q5 hospital)
