Join the new world

This is the first edition of my series, Earth's Pilgrimage. In these articles I will briefly explain the most popular affairs around the World. Bear in mind that it will be from what I gather meaning that any innacuracies are to be expected. Expect to get these every week or so.

On with the Pilgrimage!

AmCan War

There was temporary peace when Evry and Rylde had started to negotiate peace, however, following a proposal of a trade embargo against the USA by Canada, the USA attacked Alberta and successfully conquered it. However bad that is, Manitoba has been returned to Canada following a successful RW. This means that the capital is no longer cut off from supplies meaning that we have our bonuses back! Looks like the AmCan war is still going on though...

The Polish Empire and France's Wipe

Look how big Poland is now...Wow...Eve bigger than Hungary's Empire a while back, if anyone remembers it. And France was wiped after its colonies in England were either reconquered or conquered by Poland or Germany. What a loss. Goodbye France for at least a few days.

Portuguese Rebirth

Portugal has successfully reconquered Lisboa, Centro, Alentejo and Madeira from Spanish hands. Portugal's legacy is to be able to spring back up from Spanish wipe, while Spain can barely recapture Asturias. Following a lot of fearsome battles against Spain, it took back its own regions.

Australia's Kangaroo Army

After Australia being wiped by Indonesia and the Kiwis temporatily taking over one of their regions, Australia's army of kangaroos fought back and recaptured one of their regions. Could this be the start of the Kangaroos taking back their land?

Muscovian War

This one's a bit complicated... After Latvia being wiped by Russia, Lithuania got angry and attacked Russia, Ukraine attacked Russia in revenge and Bulgaria attacked Ukraine in revenge. Doesn't sound special until you look at their alliances. Latvia is pro-ONE, Ukraine is TEDEN, Russia is TEDEN, Bulgaria is ONE and Lithuania is ONE. So this means 2 countries of TEDEN turned on another country of TEDEN and a ONE country defended a TEDEN country. Crazy, right? Shows anything goes in the New World... And it seems Bulgaria is currently winning.

Britain's Patriotic Patrons

A few days ago, Britain was wiped by the French (Coincidence?). However, since the start of the Olympics the Brits have gotten a bit patriotic and have recaptured some of their regions, including London. Although Germany joined in with France and managed to capture a few before England RWed them back. However, Poland did help out an awful lot as you can still see, it stil has some southern regions.

Denmark and Germany Union fails

Not a lot of people know about Germany and Denmark's union, but it's true. And it seems like a miracle has happened and some Danish rebels managed to RW one of their regions. This shouldn't happen since Denmark unified with Germany, but it highlights the need for a Union system as Shoi12 said in his article.

Greek-Italian Miracles

Thanks to an alliance with Greece, Italy has sprung up and reconquered it's regions. This is certainly a miracle as Italy has been waiting for weeks on end to get it regions back. And Rome is finally united with the rest of the country, giving the Italians their bonuses back.
