[New Era / British Army] Statement on recent events

Statement On the British Army and New Era
As you may have noticed, a large active portion of New Era and the British Army - led by Don, BigAnt and others - have defected to eIreland to continue the fight against the status quo in the eUK from abroad.

I don't blame 'em for their decision, some will, but the daily PTOing, repeated (on occasion, really nasty) trolling and widespread cheating has nevertheless led to some of our members taking the decision to leave.
This has put New Era and the British Army in a difficult quandry and has placed those of us who wish to stay and change what is wrong about about the eUK from the inside in a difficult position.
There was even confusion over whether the British Army MU was following eUK orders anymore.
That confusion has now ended and Don has generously handed over control of British Army to me, which puts me in the current role of being Commander of the British Army and serving PP of New Era.
Given my new roles, I also now think the time has come for our reduced membership to make a hard decision - do we choose to stay or do we choose to leave?
Taking on TUP, their allies and their affliates, the Dentists and other such scum will not be easy and as I say, if you choose to leave now - I don't blame you.
However, I for one choose to stay.
We will have to make a few changes though - but it's important when moving forward that we do not forget our roots or where New Era and British Army came from.
Indeed, I would like to thank Don for his - for the most part, unrecognised - service to the eUK and of course to the British Army and New Era.
I will be setting up a new leadership team within the British Army and invite any and all serving members to apply - just send me a pm.
New Era and the British Army will continue to fight for the best interests of the eUK, within the eUK.
We will fight for the eUK and its allies, not against the eUK.
Congress
Of course, the Congress results were disappointing for New Era, representng our worst results in a while.
Nevertheless, the showing in the polls was to be expected given the number of active members that have left recently.
As a party therefore, New Era's primary goal must now be recruitment in order to fill the hole that our lost comrades have left.
I do congratulate all our new Congressmen. minus one, Wes Lewis, who took the disgraceful decision to run under the New Era banner then leave for UKRP the day after he was elected.
This sort of action goes to show you that we are as Party are still under attack and must be careful in our collective maneuverings.
To that end, a new Council pm will be circulating shortly.
It is not all doom and gloom of course and New Era is proud to congratulate ChewChewShoe on becoming New Era's first elected Speaker of the House \o/
It just goes to show that despite a difficult situation New Era's influence in Government and beyond continues to grow.

I didn't ask to be ran in the slot I was placed, you made no attempt to put effort into running people, just left it how it was. But, I really don't feel bad about it, this article is basically calling half the country the enemy while supporting BigAnt + Dapper. I'll be happy to see when New Era drops off the map due to the rhetoric you three always impose on the party, please grow up.

I've already left for UKRP thank you Neil! But as for what Sven is trying to say I did I sent him several PMs about things being done within the party nothing was ever done to the point that a council PM wasn't even started. Which led to several members of the party talking about running against you next month to "get the party back on track".
I felt bad about leaving right after the election and would have left before if I'd known I was going to being leaving this early. But at least somebody active got the seat instead of god only knows. I apologize to the party at large, and hope they find the leadership they need next month.
UKRP is where I have wanted to be since coming back, I simply joined New Era to help Chewie during his PP term and that is what I done best I could, just helped my friend. After that I want nothing to do with the Svens, Dons, or BigAnts and neither should any of you.

Good to see that British army will fight for eUK. Also hew Chew Shoe did a good job, trying to get New Era in better relations with the whole nation. As the current PP of New Era is still on the path of blaming almost all others I fear it is not a good move after last PP term.
Traitors that say they hate eUK are not the ones to follow either I think.
So good and bad points. I do hope real new era is possible. Sadly no young players were place high on the list of New Era. New players involvement should be core business of New Era. You know why!

I do my best to give facts, while also trying to point out where a better eUK could be found (cooperation and respect are important, rivalry is OK). Meanwhile I try to be a bit out of eUK politics, that is why I am ePolish now, but sometimes I cannot stop being involved.
I also do not expect you agree with me Sven (we are on different sides), but I said not all others but almost all. When you blame less others that is cool, however I do think the blame is also in New Era itself to be found. Than I didn't say (or wanted to say, English is my second, maybe third language) New Era hates eUK, but I meant the traitors that are now in the Irish MU they hate eUK (I even got pm's about that from someone there confirming this). Anyways time to do less talking and time to get some decent drinks.
