보시는 바와 같이 현재 환영인사가 그다지 깔끔하게 나오지 않아있고, 거듭된 업데이트로 인해 현 상황과 맞지 않는 부분들이 있습니다.
그리하여 새로이 정비하기 위해 법안이 제출되었습니다.
새 메시지에 있는 구글문서들은 교육부장관님들께서 관리해 주실겁니다.

As you can see, current citizen message are quite mess, and is outdated due to new patches.
A proposal has been presented on the congress to fix this issue.
