[My Thoughts] We need a leader, a hero.
AugustusX
Who would have thought that I would be writing article 4 or 5 of this series which was going to end at article 1 or 2. This is the longest serving commitment to this paper yet! So I thought, as is tradition with this series...
None other than the cute and cuddly animal to suck in and guilt people into continuing on reading to my pointless and irrelevant blabb... What I really meant, was it creates a nice mood to my ever important and wise teachings.
So todays topic is: WE NEED A LEADER, A HERO.
The constant, bickering, fighting, arguing, insults, complaints and ridiculous phrases that are the ever going on's of the forums, in-game, ah hell everyone that says eAustralia. People, we are the laughing stock of the world and we need to realize it. Its time to face the music, listen to your peers, take on board their advice, because all advice, is helpful, maybe not now, maybe not for years, maybe never, but is a security, an idea, a different view on a topic.
Theodore Roosevelt said that: "The most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people."
We all need to adhere to this if we are to succeed. Open your eyes people!
So this leads me to the crux of this discussion, we need a leader, a hero, someone to unite the people of eAustralia under one banner, together. To shine a new dream, a bright future and dedication to the people of this nation. We have fallen into peril and need saving.
With a united banner and strong force that has faith in what they are doing, lead by someone who has passion themselves. Adolf Hitler said "It is always more difficult to fight against faith than against knowledge."
Who will be that leader? That hero eAustralia needs? Who will lead us against our foe's and destroy them? Against all odds, we shall still fight!
When 300 Spartans were faced with a Persian army off around 250,000 (rumored to be 1,000,000) they were told that the force was so large, their arrows blotted out the sun. With a simple reply, King Leonidas sai😛
"Therefore we shall fight in the shade."
Who will be our hero, to stand up against the odds and lead a broken nation to victory!?
Will it be you?
Comments
I am the leader
Doesnt Larni do everything for eAus???it should be her....
You speak the truth Flatty.
Awww, so cute and so cuddly! It always works. ; )
You're right, Flatty, we need a leader. Do you think there's an eAussie that every single one of us would follow? I doubt there's any.
What is this infighting you speak of?
"Doesnt Larni do everything for eAus???it should be her...."
Sure it should be but;
"Do you think there's an eAussie that every single one of us would follow? I doubt there's any."
Is the problem 😉
and no I am not remotely interested while the little boys play politics.
When you want a free and united eAus give me a call otherwise deal with the politicians (lol) we have.
eAus is too tough of an environment for this to happen. There is not a single person, prominent enough to unite around as everyone has there own little crusades against each other.
There needs to be someone who is smart enough to put all their grudges behind them to move this country forward, otherwise one day there wont be any Aussie citizens left to help.
Guagature, to many different personalities conflict and grudges older players have are stunting growth as well.
Me Me Me
Na no-one would follow me !
I'm just a nOOb with a lust for BLOOD !
Cohesion amongst most citizens are easy, if they unite for the common cause, but it is the select few who are a blight in this nation uniting and unfortunately they are influential people.
eAustralians don't need a hero. we need everyone to stand up and do their bit.
It seems its just the same people over and over again and if someone new pops in, they become President, its like we are going around in circles. I agree we need someone to lead this country, someone like Xavier Griffith!
Where is this infighting Flatty?
Actually in the last few days, it has not been to bad.
It hasn't because I believe it's because we've got a more mature Senate this month.
Actually, Dienekis said the line about fighting in the shade!
The eLeader has been a subject for quite some time. There are elections held for PM/CP and senators. Those are the chosen leaders. There should be a mix of experienced players and younger that want to learn how, why and when things are to be done.
And always people with different opinions, so that through dialog the best solutions should be reached.
3 things I know for sure..........it aint me babe, no no, no, it aint me babe, it aint me your looking for babe, second, it isn't DocterDry and it sure as hell isn't Larni. Just saying.....
"The constant, bickering, fighting, arguing, insults, complaints and ridiculous"
Actually the only leader hero I know of out of the above is the C0nstant.
So as well as posing the question you have provided the answer. I do admit though without the rediculous this place would not be as entertaining.
Drama is entertainment. Flatty would you like to it be dull every day?
monkeys eat bananas 😃
Hehe
We need a leader who can Inspire as well as everything else you can mention, and different politicians. All i see is the Same people over and over and over for a few thousand times.
No one would follow me considering hardly anyone knows me, But i still would like to have my chance! Like everyone else,
Even i have noticed there has been alot of arguments just within eAustralia!
@Infin. Drama may be entertainment but it breaks the spirits of the citizens, And we are all citizens right? I am one person, i hate to see a nation fight within itself, Thats just my opinion.
I could so go on forever about poilitics, nations ect, but my hand is sore hahah
Diablo's OUT! 😃
Even this article is part of the problem. While I fully respect what the article is getting at, and completely agree, a major part of our problem is that there is a lot of talk about this sort of thing but very little action.
Nobody steps up to the plate. People volunteer others but they don't want to get involved or don't feel qualified, etc...
Nothing changes. There are loads of people who are perfect for the job (larni would almost certainly do a good job) but as she said, there's so much politics involved that there's little point. But we all know there would not be 100% support.
So essentially, what we must hope for is a gradual maturity improvement, rather than some super-jesus to come and save australia.
I vote for super-jesus.
super-jesus is a given, how about mega-moses?
Thanks for Voting for me Bobby 😉
Kombat Konfucius?
you're welcome
Brutal-Buddah
The list is essentially endless.
I agree....Completely.
Sir_c0nstant is doing well right now and we have a good leader.
