[My Thoughts] Time to leave?

"The opinions expressed in this show do not necessarily reflect the views of Flatty Himself"

Firstly to all eAustralian's, Happy Australia Day hope everyone enjoyed a fantastic day getting wasted, throwing a snag on the barbie and enjoying a day off work.

Now, right about here I would have a cute cuddly animal to ensure everyone reads on and to make the article a little less serious and direct to anyone in particular. But sadly today, there will be no animal as my mood is pretty pissed off. If you read on, you will see why.

So to begin, there has been an something that has been riding my thoughts for sometime now and it will be revealed soon. Anyways, the PTO is over, the major threat from eIndonesia is over, yet, for some reason everyone still has their heads rammed up their rears and the bickering, fighting and insults are worse than ever. Now there are many I could point a finger at, but to avoid spamming etc from everyone we will keep that anonymous (I spelt that correct the first go!).

Why are we all still fighting, should we not be working together to get the nation back together, or does everyone not realize this as all they see and smell is... well something not pretty.

Now, what DA said was outstanding and I would love to share it with everyone. Being a politician is as much about how well you connect with people you disagree with as it is with connecting to people you agree with.

Lets all take a note.. wait maybe a page... screw it lets just take DA's entire book because it may be the one thing to stop everyone arguing and see the light (no not the light to your stomach, the one out of your rear).

Now here is the crux of all that I have written, with school approaching in 2 days, my job, x-box and may more other activities, I have considered leaving this entire game, not pull a *Insert Name Here* and move eCountries but the entire game. The arguing, the moaning the "elites" nonsense thrown around by people that clearly don't care about another persons thoughts, feelings, morals, ideas, views or opinions has driven me too far. People I looked up to now getting involved in this ridiculous spam. There is no PTO, there is no common goal, there is nothing that is exciting for me. I am not in senate, and pretty much the ADF is redundant or is going to be done so by some.

What do I have left, why stay and listen to everyone tear each other apart?

Winston Churchill said, “Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfils the same function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy state of things.”

So open your eyes everybody and begin to pay attention to each other, treat each other with respect, as human beings and learn to work together, not against.

We are all eAussies and we can do this, it is in our blood as patriots of our nation, band together or be left to the cold alone, to die.

So, can we do it eAustralia? Or will we tear our selves apart?
