So here goes the normal article where I try to highlight different things in the nation. Today is quite the interesting one indeed.
So the topic today is Have we had a boom?
Now the word boom is probably a bit much for the scenario we are seeing, but we have had a few newer players come to the game, get involved, interact with everyone and stay surprisingly. Now, it may be just me but there have been a lot of newer people on IRC I have never seen before. They have too been quite involved and I have managed to meet a few and get to know them fairly well. People like (sorry if you have been here for a while and I have not noticed 😛
) Wozzup1223, Eyeruleuall, Balmain, Styvesant, Michael Windsor, The big brown bear just to name a few.
So what are we doing right? Well I think we are just in very interesting circumstances. We have our nation back, our army is giving supplies, we are having training wars and constant battles from MPP's and it is great to see. Also, our Department of Education is active which would certainly be helping. What we need to do now is grasp this opportunity and milk it. Implement some new policies to become even more intriguing. Offer some new things and start recruiting, recruiting and recruiting.
It is also great to see new blood rising. Some fresh perspectives and opinions on matters that are really opening extra doors for us to take. It is brilliant also to see everyone aspiring to get somewhere regardless of age or who you know. So remember new blood is the way for the future. Lets use the experience and pass it onto the new players so they in turn, can lead! That is what I will be doing if you vote me for CP. Experience and Freshness can do wonders.
So guys make sure you get on IRC meet the new guys and welcome them to eAustralia, the best place on eWorld!

The best thing the DoE can do is make themselves passively visible. If new players know the DoE are there, then there is nothing stoping said new players turning to a valuable vain of information for advice... High fives all round.
Hardly a boom..more like avoiding capitulation. When we have 6 regions and 1500 people then we can talk about a boom.
Also, our Department of Education is active which would certainly be helping.........not for long
