My proposal plan for running for congress and president[1/3]

Hi , i am woshiempire , a singaporean. I have some plan for eSingapore and also want to build up eSingapore to have it have a bright future.This arcticle will also be my presentation for running the congress and president. To have a strong country, 1st it need to be strong internally which is strong in its economy and social, 2nd then is it military. luckily,we have some ''new country's protection'' to protect us from external threats,but it not for the long run. we need to progress and have we need to protect ourself.

The below are only the draft, it will have some changes due to the reasons- population number,amount of companies and also how things will be in the future. Policy are dead , we need to change with the time.

==[Economy Plan]==

Let start, we have 1k GOLD and 100k local currency. I plan to use to use some of it in building up eSingapore. Money will not grow in the treasury, we need to use some of it in ''investment'', so we will get ''returns''. I plan to boast our exports power and improve our Gross domestic product (GDP) , as this will help us in the long run.


Edit: as i did not forsee that singapore will not have grain,it was not written here. Now i will add it to my proposal. As singapore need to rely on grain import, it is very dangerous. The government should create a grain govt company in foreign countries.However, it only employ singapore citizen. about 12+ singapore will be working overseas for govt grain companies.
Why:The govt will add as a base price for grain , just in case some foreign countries decide to play with our grain price.If our grain price was been control by others, food prices will be controlled. As food is a basic needs, this type of danger cannot appear. eSingapore will not act by other country because they control our grain price.This is important as singapore is way too small.
**Latest changes: admin added grain materials to our land ! wow.....( sg did not have grain before now)


1.=Business Improvement plan=

I think that government should help out a bit , to increase our local companies success in eSingapore.The government will set up Business Improvement Plan to help local companies.This plan will be partically funded by the government,other halves by other general manager.
It will be like this, every business improvemnt plan will cost 20 GOLD and it will be given to companies to set up exports licences to other countries. The companies will be given advices on which country to invest to.The governent will NOT fund more than 10GOLD for each improvement plan.
=How this work=
Every month, the government will give out 2 or more business improvement plan.(Number will be different based on government funds).Each business improvement plan will need 10 companies to contest among themselves.They will have to post on the forum, if they want to contest. The winner will be based on the score the general manager get. They need to donate at least 1 GOLD to Business improvement org,to able to take part.(total 10 GOLD ). The contest will be a transparent and based on score.(eg, how badly it need to surive). IT must be a local company and also for local companies set on other countries( import in).


2.=Business tax debate=

I think that new/average companies can ask for a tax debate from the government. When some average player get up company here,they might get some financial difficulities like salary. The government will only help this new companies this far,for them to survive.The business tax debate will be 50-75 local currency depending on the situation.
=How this work=
Important:if a org has like 3 companies,it will only receive 1 tax debate,while a org has 1 company,will receive 1 tax debate. * this tax debate is for NEW company,if you have a method of checking if they are new company tell me.Requriment is that the company has less than 12 employee and a local new company.


3.=Government companies/education=

The government companies was set up to ensure that our basic needs are met. Government will set up, a food company(manu skills),a wood company(land skills) and a construction company(construt skills).
** Need to see how the market goes and population available.

4.=Singapore National bank=

We will have a singapore national bank to keep our money. I will plan on senting 950Gold and 75k local currency to the singapore national bank. This will decrease the damage of political takeover and they will not able to acess to our money. The game treasury will have 50 Gold and 25k local currency, the system may need money so put some money in there.


5.=Monetary exchange rate=

I think that government should ''step in''a bit and help out the market before that exchange rate gone haywire.As for now, it still not sure how the monetary exchage rate goes, as the only offer is the admin and others crappy offer. It still need a few more days for it to show that if it is heathy. It is still early to tell how will the monetary exchange rate will be , as i not sure how many population will be here in the first 3 days or are there massive offer appearing. If the exhange rate showns some bad signs, i think that government can help out a bit, than let free market do the job.
I am thinking of making $1 to 0.02 GOLD exchange rate, will not know if this is possible or reasonable.Still need some time to check.


New Citizen fee

I think that the citizen fee should be change to 20 local currency, this will also decrease the burden of the treasury and also keep track of inflation. 50 local currency is too much for the treasury. It will remove the treasury funds very fast.

Min wage

I think it is to be set to 1 local currency. Min wage is for skill 0 workers, companies cannot afford to spent a lot of skill 0 worker.You can think like this, this is the min..if ur company is kind and pay more, it is their problem.We cannot se higher min, to make other follow also.


==[Social Plan]==

1. I will like to create an organisation/team that can help recruit more new active citizen into esingapore.New citizen means brighter future for eSingapore. I really hope that eRepublik can ads their game in onrpg.sg website or some website more noticeable by singaporeans.


2.As there will not be triva question, i dun think help on triva questions will be needed.However the admin did say that it will be replace by something new. If the new features is something difficult or strange. I will also lead a team to answer all those FAQ in the future, as the admin did not say anything about the new feature yet.


3.=Citizens Profile list=
I will create a team to do some list of citizens , so to know how the country progress.My team and i will try to have the job done. The list will include ur skills lvl and strength. This list will also be use in military too.however, this list will oly be created 1 week after 11feb.This is to make sure , we will not be wasting time do some profile which will be inactive. Because there will be new citizen born and play after 2 days , they quit. This is quite often in new creation country.


4.=Setting up wellness Programe=
We will set up wellness programe to help increase our citizen wellness. This programe will only activated only after 2 weeks from the creation of eSingapore. The reason for this is the same ,written on citizen profile list.I will see how the economy goes and make some changes.
