[MSZ] Peace treaty between France and Poland

Peace treaty between France and Poland.
- french representative: Creon Mista, President of France
- polish representative: Maniek M, President of Poland


1. Poland will release four occupied regions:
- North Calais, Picardy, Upper Normandy and Lower Normandy to France
as soon as eRepublik rules will allow to do this starting from the first hour after agreement is signed.

2. Poland will release fifth region:
- Paris Isle of France to France after two weeks from date of signing
as soon as eRepublik rules will allow to do this.

3. Poland will hold 11 regions:
- Poitou Charentes, Limousin, Auvergne, Rhone Alps, Brittany, Pays de Loire, Loire Valley,
Burgundy, Franche-comte, Champagne Ardenne, Lorraine, and Alsace.
- these regions will not be given up at any moment to any other country

4. France will not start or support any resistance war in regions mentioned in point 3.

5. If Poland loose control over one of regions from point 3:
- France will NE Poland as soon as it is possible,
- after seven days when all regions from point 3 are in control of Poland
peace treaty (as eRepublik law) will be signed and NE will be closed,
- all regions from points 1 and 2 (if are in control of Poland) will be given back to France
(one resistance war per day).

6. Poland guarantee Independence of France:
- Poland will help France defend (diplomatically with possibility of military intervention)
regions from points 1 and 2 in case of defensive war (if France was attacked).

7. This agreement starts with the date of signing and will be renewed
every 6th of month 12:00 eRepublik time automatically, if both parties will not agree otherwise.

This treaty will come into immediate effect when the following 3 conditions have been met:
- both Country Presidents mentioned above agree with this proposal,
- 3rd party (another Country President who’s accepted by both parties) signed this treaty as a witness,
- both sides have published this treaty in the official state newspaper of their countries.

Traktat pokojowy pomiędzy Francją i Polską.
- reprezentant francuski: Creon Mista, Prezydent Francji
- reprezentant polski: ManiekM, Prezydent Polski

1. Polska przekaże cztery okupowane regiony Francji:
- North Calais, Picardy, Upper Normandy i Lower Normandy najszybciej jak jest to możliwe
zgodnie z zasadami eRepublik rozpoczynając od pierwszej godziny od podpisaniu traktatu.

2. Polska przekaże piąty region Francji:
- Paris Isle of France po dwóch tygodniach od daty podpisania traktatu
zgodnie z zasadami eRepublik.

3. Polska zatrzyma 11 regionów:
- Poitou Charentes, Limousin, Auvergne, Rhone Alps, Brittany, Pays de Loire, Loire Valley,
Burgundy, Franche-comte, Champagne Ardenne, Lorraine, and Alsace,
- regiony te nie zostaną oddane/przekazane żadnej innej stronie.

4. Francja nie rozpocznie i nie będzie wspierać żadnej wojny powstańczej
w regionach wymienionych w punkcie 3 traktatu.

5. Jeśli Polska utraci kontrole nad jednym z regionów wymienionych w punkcie 3 traktatu:
- Francja wypowie NE Polsce najszybciej jak jest to możliwe,
- po 7 dniach i gdy wszystkie regiony z punktu 3 są w posiadaniu Polski
pokój zostanie podpisany (ustawa w eRepublik), wojna NE zostanie zamknięta
- regiony z punktu 1 i 2 traktatu (jeśli są w posiadaniu Polski) zostaną oddane Francji
(jedna wojna powstańcza na dzień).

6. Polska gwarantuje niepodległość Francji:
- Polska pomoże Francji w obronie (dyplomatycznie z możliwościa interwencji militarnej)
regionów wymienionych w punkcie 1 i 2 w przypadku wojny obronnej (jeśli Francja została zaatakowana).

7. Traktat pokojowy wchodzi w życie w chwili podpisania i jest przedłużony automatycznie
każdego szóstego dnia miesiąca o godzinie 12:00 czasu eRepublik, o ile obie strony nie zmienią zdania.

Traktat pokojowy nabiera ważności gdy poniższe 3 warunki zostaną spelnione:
- Prezydent Polski i Francji podpisze traktat,
- Trzecia strona (Prezydent kraju zaakceptowany przez obie strony) podpisze traktat jako świadek,
- obie strony opublikują traktat w oficjalnej gazecie ich Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych.
