[MoW] - roundup.

Day 591, 05:24 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by The Ministry of Work

MoW - What have we been doing?

Employment

Currently the Ministry of Work has been supplying over 200 jobs for new skill 0 players to guarantee them a future here within the eUK. We like to keep in touch with every single one of our workers and PM new ones personally, with advice and guides to help them get started.

However, in order to keep a constant circulation of jobs for new citizens to the eUK we fire those of our workers who reace skill level 3 and give them guidance for their future jobs to ensure their future within this country is assured. Naturally, workers are promoted leaving to join the private sector, where they will recieve higher wages.

We work silently in the background, to ensure a huge amount of new players get employment.

Finance

Here at the Ministry of Work we like to keep on top of our finances and take every measure to ensure we know exactly how much money on average is spent and gained. To make sure that our current system is not unknowingly altered, we keep track of how many employees we have so that resources, wages etc aren't depleted at a different rate. We have a balance sheet which is constantly updated, and we keep a weekly report on how much money was spent on wages, how much was spent on Raw Materials, and we work out the average amount of money we pay to employees a week. This helps monitor approximate rises or falls in activity.

Companies

At the moment the Ministry of Work has 3 companies which are Royal Timber, Royal Housing and Royal Ordnance which produce wood, housing and weapons respectively. The Timber made by Royal Timber is sold to Royal Housing. Houses produced are sold on the forums in an auction, which has been very successful from the point it began running. All the weapons produced by Royal Ordnance are stockpiled for use by the military. 30 weapons are put on the market to try and regulate the prices.

After the presidential elections, the will be shifts in the Ministries. I myself will not be applying to continue as the Minister of Work this following term, but I may do so in the future, I have enjoyed my time here and my team have worked quickly and efficiency. (Go beaurocracy!)

Mr Woldy.
