Since our president felt that congress were too inactive to handle immigration policy, he has personally vetoed the law that has abolished Minister of Security in favour of Minister of Immigration. He has decreed that the system should be returned the way it was when it was appointed by president, and I was appointed as your new Minister of Security. I will be handling Immigration approval and policy making for rest of Fruitcommando's term in office.

There are few changes to Immigration policy starting today:

1) The threat of Political takeover is poisoning our glorious nation. To prevent foreign nationals from intoxicating our land, all Immigration to the Greater Empire of Japan will be suspended indefinitely.

2) Unless specifically approved by Minister of Security or from personals accepted by our President, no new immigrant will be accepted into our nation legally.

3) All immigration to eJapan from eTurkey is prohibited under all circumstance due to national security concerns. All violators who approves immigrant from eTurkish origin will receive the highest punishment and will have their Diet's Congressmen status be suspended indefinitely.

4) All violators of the new immigration policy will be punished according to our president's decree.

5) All prior violators who have not had more than 1 Infractions before today who has good standing within the community will be pardoned.

Any violation of the new policy will result in severe punishment from the state definitely by our president. Remember glorious citizens of eJapan, there is enemy among us. We must be prepared at all time to remain vigilant and defend this nation from enemies.

Ministry of Security is currently recruiting vigilant and loyal citizens of eJapan to keep our border clear and hunt down enemies from within. If there is any citizen volunteers who has no prior infractions who would like to work under Ministry of Security division for State Security, please contact me.
