[MoPR] Halloween Costume Contest *500 Q7Tanks up for Grabs*

Hello all! I hope your Halloween was a blast and that you took lots of pictures! I have been working with our Minister of Fang Fishing, Xibbard to come up with something a little different this year for Halloween and Xibbard thought it would be a good idea to do a costume contest. So here is how it will work.



Rules and Guidelines
-Anyone from any nation is free to join!
-It can be your costume from this year or any previous year
-Send your picture of yourself in your costume to me
-I will post the results in an article where everyone can vote on their favourite
-The top 3 will be awarded for their submissions!


Prizes
1st: 200 Q7 Tanks
2n😛 150 Q7 Tanks
3r😛 50 Q7 Tanks

Sadly our Director of Embassies, noenting must take some time away and finish up his post. We would like to thank him for his dedicated service and especially for his articles during his post.
