Join the new world

Greetings eCanada.

Today I am here to announce my candidacy for congress in Yukon, running of course under the MOO banner.

Since joining MOO over 2 months ago my whole eRepublik experience has been changed drastically, but more importantly for the better. I have gained valuable knowledge of the economic module, party politics and national politics, and I feel that it is the right time to have a crack at congress!

I am also the Administrator of the official Captains of Industry website, providing tools and information to the CoI!

Objectives

Now while in congress, I would not like to prove myself a liar by promising Canada all sorts of unrealistic things. What I will promise that is if elected, I will actively campaign to keep all income taxes at 1% and to keep the VAT around the 10%-12% margin.

I will also pledge to record all my votes on legislation in my newspaper, as I firmly believe that transparency is the one of the highest priorities of any politician.

If elected, I also pledge to donate the 5 Gold received to the CoI Work Pyramid Program which helps new eRepublik citizens on their way to self-sufficiency, and it works.

This is my first time running for any political office in eCanada, but I feel that congress needs some new blood, and that its why I have chosen to run this month.

Closing Statement

As a relative newbie in the big bad world of domestic politics, I really feel that I have a lot to learn, and congress presents this opportunity phenomenally! I will promise you to do my absolute best, nothing less!
