[MoNS] About the PTO - Part 2: Who are they?

Yesterday, we outlined the basic problem of PTO in eBelgium, the what that we are dealing with. Today we are going to present you the beginnings of the “who”. As mentioned in a previous government article, there was an increase in illegal citizenships starting earlier this year. Just before the May Congress elections, 3 citizens were admitted illegally by HOPE/PANDA Congress members on the 22nd and the 23rd of May, were immediately moved to the top of the Congress list, and admitted others of their friends in the first 24 hours after elections. At that time, one of these, ChristijanXD, was identified by several people as a known PTOer who had made attempts in multiple other countries, his previous places of citizenship being Estonia, Croatia, Finland, Austria and the US. Over the succeeding months, he and his friends have admitted more and more of their friends into eBelgium, and in the September Congress elections, helped to engineer a shift of citizens at the last minute so that they controlled two of the top five parties. Subsequent to that election, our government was informed that they were calling for more of their friends to come to eBelgium to help them make a push for control of Congress and the government. It was with this in mind that the decision was finally made to have a total wipe of our regions before Congress elections.

So who is involved? We have had our eyes on a number of people, but towards the end of last month, lord Lukausus came forward with the claim that he wanted to leave the PTO group, and would exchange information for protection. Unfortunately, we have now some reason to believe he was acting as a double agent, but the information he provided did confirm who we believed to be the core leaders of this group. After we tried to give him a chance to prove he could be trusted, sadly, he chose to abuse his position in government by sabotaging the government policy about the resistance war and giving incorrect citizen orders, making this the second month in a row where he had to be fired for breaking trust that had been placed in him.



His information name the following as primary leaders of a group he named as Power Takeover International, one which has attempted takeovers in many countries, and is also connected to the Cipelici who have plagued the eUS for well over a year.

Let’s look at the people on this list:

Aries Sun, the primary leader, according to lord Lukausus

ChristijanXD, a co-leader who has asked for donations to his cause in multiple articles in eBelgium and elsewhere, has repeatedly lied about his purpose here in the press, and has insulted eBelgians individually and collectively for months, for which he has already received two temporary bans.

Thorin II Oakenshield, also named as co-leader. Thorin and Christijan have previously referred to each other as eBrothers on their profiles and in media. Thorin was also identified to us by multiple outside sources at the time he entered eBe as a known part of the Cipelici in the eUS.

What do these people have in common?
1. All are members of HOPE or PANDA.
2. All have been involved in illegal citizenship, either as Congress members or as immigrants or both since May of this year.
3. They all can apparently communicate in or understand Croatian and/or Serbian (screen shots to be provided in another article).
4. A few were eBorn in eBelgium. The rest all have a past in Croatia, Serbia or the US or some combination of those.
5. There are 7 members of HeadHunterz. Several others belong to MUs based in other eCountries that consist of only 1 or 2 people.

So what? you say. Why are we so concerned about them? Surely not all members of HOPE or PANDA, and not all speakers of Croatian or Serbian are PTOers. What is so worrisome about this particular group? Tomorrow we will show you evidence about what they want to do and how they plan to do it.
