Vážení občané,

jak jistě víte, v posledních prezidentských volbách se k moci dostal jediný český kandidát Krt3cek. Ten mi nabídl místo ve vládě, původně jsem sice počítal spíš s ministerstvem zahraničních věcí (ke kterému mám ze všech ministerstev vzhledem k mým předchozím zkušenostem nejblíž), ale protože Josef Jungmann nakonec nabízený post ministra vnitra odmítl, uvolil jsem se nechat na zahraničí samotného Red Ducka a převzít právě toto ministerstvo.

V dnešním článku vám hodlám představit mou vizi fungování ministerstva vnitra, kterou, doufejme, dokážu uvést do praxe. V zásadě se virtuální protějšek od svého skutečného vzoru příliš neliší, jeho cílem je také zajišťovat vnitrostátní stabilitu (akorát například nemám k dispozici policejní složky a nemůžu nechat zbít technaře).



Kontrola politických stran
...aneb velký bratr tě vidí. Ne, vážně, nejsem zastánce totalitních ideologií, pod tímto škaredým pojmem se v zásadě skrývá následující. V Česku momentálně najdeme velké množství cizinců. Což by nebylo zlé, kdyby všichni cizinci byli "hodní". Jenže většina z nich je spíš "zlá". Téhle většině nejde o dobro České republiky, pouze si sem přišli hrát "for the lulz". Znáte to, vyrobit si tady multinky, zabrat si stranu, navolit se do kongresu, navrhnout se na prezidenta, zvolit se, získat heslo od České Národní Banky, vybrat ji a odejít o dům dál (tyhle způsoby u nás byly v minulosti bohužel VELMI časté). V současné době tu máme dobrý příklad, Czech Boobs Party.

Jedním z cílů ministerstva vnitra musí být tomuto zabránit. Tudíž hodlám organizovat lidi a systematicky bránit "zlým" cizincům v přebírání stran. Toho se dá docílit celkem prostou koordinací lidí.



Kontrola kongresu
Víceménně se jedná pouze o variaci předchozího bodu. I když zabráníme PTOerům převzít stranu, stále jim to nezabrání vecpat se na kongresové kandidátky, následně se zvolit a potom dělat paseku v kongresu.

Klíčem je opět dobrá organizace lidí, herní engine nám při dostatku lidí umožní nevpustit podezřelé účty do voleb.



Organizace kongresu a imigrace
Do kompetencí ministerstva vnitra obyčejně spadá i organizace již zvoleného kongresu. Dát poslancům informace, jaký návrh právě potřebujeme (např. přesun peněz do banky), který návrh je v rozporu s našimi zájmy a rozhodně bychom ho schválit neměli, který žadatel o občanku ji dostat může, který ne... To patří k základům dobře fungujícího státu.

Důrazně žádám poslance, nenavrhujte nic bez vědomí ministerstva vnitra, ani nikomu neudělujte občanku!



Multiúčty
O tento bod se bude tak trochu starat celá vláda. V podstatě se jedná o vyhledání podezřelých účtů, sepsání ticketu a čekání na jejich zabanování.

Netolerujeme ani multiúčty "v zájmu státu"! Dbejte daných herních pravidel, jejich porušení se v drtivé většině případů nevyplácí.

Dear citizens,

as you surely know, in the last presidential elections the only czech candidate Krt3cek got to power. He offered me a position in the government. At first I was expecting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (which is, counting all my previous experiences, the closest of all ministries to me), but because Josef Jungmann refused the offered post of the Secretary of Internal Affairs in the end, I opted to leave foreign to the Red Duck himself and take this ministry.

In today’s article I intend to present to you my vision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs functioning, which, lets hope I can make into reality. Practically the virtual counterpart in not too different from its real example, its goal is to ensure interstate stability (though for example I don’t have police forces at my disposal and I can let the techno fans be beaten up).



Political parties controlling
…aka the big brother watches you. No, really, I am not a supporter of totalitarian ideologies and under this nasty definition is in fact hidden the following: At the moment we can find a large number of foreigners in the Czech. This wouldn’t be bad if they were all the “good” foreigners, but most of them are rather “evil”. This majority doesn’t care about the good of Czech Republic, they just came to play “pro prču”. You know how it is: make multies, secure a party, vote yourself to the congress, appoint yourself to the presidency, elect yourself, get the Czech National Bank password, clean it out, and be on their way (these antics were unfortunately VERY common here in the past). In the present we have a good example: Czech Boobs Party.

One of the goals for the Ministry of Internal Affairs is to prevent this. Thus I intend to rally people and systematically stop the “evil” foreigners from taking over parties. This can be accomplished by fairly simple coordination of people.



Congress controlling
More or less just a variation of the previous point. Even if we prevent PTOers from taking over a party, that still doesn’t prevent them from tucking into the congress candidature, then elect themselves and do trouble in the congress.

The key is again a good organization of people, since the game engine will allow us not to let suspicious accounts into the elections, provided we have enough people.



Congress organization and imigration
Among the Ministry of Internal Affairs competencies usually falls organization of already elected congress. Giving the congressmen information about what proposal we need right now (eg. Transfer of funds from to the bank), which proposal is in conflict with our state goals and they definitely shouldn’t approve, which applicant for the citizenship can be approved and which cannot… These belong to the basics of a well functioning country.

I cannot stress this enough, to all congressmen: do not propose anything as well as do not grant anyone citizenship without the knowledge of Ministry of Internal Affairs.



Multiaccounts
This point will be managed a bit by the whole government. At its base it amounts to finding suspicious account, writing of a ticket and waiting for their banning.

We do not tolerate multiaccounts even in the “state interest”! Heed the given game rules, their breaking is in most cases not worth it.
