The debate is finally over...

I'm happy to tell, that we have chosen our new dictator:

ElGorro!

It hasn't been easy for our congress:

1. First they had to think of a new law for the new dictator position

2. Second, they had to think of a procedure to choose our new dictator

3. When all this was done, the voting was ready to start.
We started the first voting with 3 candidates:

1. ElGorro
2. MaartenW
3. Epix

But just one voting wasn't enough...
This was the result:
ElGorro: 11
MaartenW: 6
Epix:
None:
Neutral: 1

The new law tells us that the new dictator needs to have a 66% majority, and this wasn't the case

11 / 17 * 100 ~ 65%
So we had to start a new vote, but this time, you could only vote yes or no on ElGorro, and this was the result:
Yes/Ja: 12
No/Nee: 2
Neutral/Neutraal: 3

So this means...

12 / 14 * 100 ~ 86%

So we had chosen our new dictator!
For those who dont know what it means to be dictator:

Article 1 - Tasks, Rights and Responsibilities of the Dictator
1. The Dictator of the eNetherlands will execute legal decisions and bills (as per the Lawbook of the eNetherlands) made by Congress and/or the Government.
2. The Dictator of the eNetherlands will not execute decisions or power on his own.
3. The Dictator of the eNetherlands will have access to all (private) Congress and Government channels.
4. The Dictator will be required to pay 100% of their in-game gold rewards for serving as Dictator.
