*URGENT*

All citizens - please ensure that you fight & heal to maximum possible wellness TODAY!. You must be in London to heal. If you're not there, get there quick!

If you are 60 wellness or less, fight only once before healing. If you are over 60 wellness, ensure you heal to 100 wellness.

The new rules that will be coming into action from TOMORROW state that you can only heal wellness lost through fighting. This means that you need to ensure that you have as high wellness as possible prior to this change taking place.

From tomorrow, you will need to know how to maintain/increase your wellness. A good way to work out how to do this is to refer to a WELLNESS CALCULATOR.

Gifts and high quality food will help you raise your wellness, as will houses. Remember, you can only gift up to 10 wellness a day and you can't gift yourself. If you have an org, you can use that to gift yourself up, otherwise you'll have to find a gifting buddy who you can donate gifts to, so that they can offer them back to you. Think about the quality of food you will need to buy & also consider investing in a house.

All new players will now start with 100 wellness. The other rule changes include being able to fight from level 3 and being able to move from level 4. DO NOT FIGHT AT LEVEL 3 IF YOU ARE NOT IN LONDON! Wait until you get to level 4 and move to London first. This is because London is the only place in eUK with a hospital and is therefore the only place you can heal. You will have a very difficult time regaining your wellness if you ignore this advice. If you genuinely cannot afford your own moving ticket to get to London, contact the eUK Home Office (that's us) and we will look at providing you with one.

We will be looking at the effects of this change and how we as a department can assist citizens caught at low wellness. Please do your best to look after your own wellness as the government will only be able to do so much.
