[MoHA] Belgian Medals

Hello, the Ministry of Home Affairs since last term has been working with Daniel Parker and Mr. Wonka since the end of the previous term on planning the Belgium medals project. The program is based off of encouraging activity in Belgium by giving the incentive to earning medals and it is a fun program for Belgium and might encourage new players and people to step up and gain awards. Their are 5 awards created at the moment, if you have any ideas for new awards feel free to send Mr. Wonka a private message. The medals  that have been created at the moment are the Country President's personal Award, Member of the Kings court,and the order of the crown . There some restrictions how to gain each award and restrictions for handing out awards. 

Only the CP can hand out medals, with the exception of the member of the kings court which ONLY the king can hand out. Also with the exception of the term of March 2014, where the program is just starting .  All medals which are handed out must be written on the forums on this thread with a reason and evidence to support the medal. A list of who has each medal is located on that thread and Mr. Wonka (for now) will personally keep track of the recipients of each medal. If you qualify for a medal, (the requirements are below, then please go to that thread and request a medal, please note some medals requirements start from the time the medal was created and past actions although appreciated do not entirely count. If you see any mistakes in levels in terms of requirements or failure for that person to meet the requirements please message Mr. Wonka.

A County President can hand out one Personal award per term, if in the case of a impeachment, only one personal award can be handed even though 2 or more cps might have been president in game. Secondly a County President can only hand out 2 of each type of medal each term, the rule about impeachments do not apply. A medal cannot be retracted once handed out unless a misinterpretation of the requirements which must be reviewed by congress, except if in the case of misconduct , the CP can have congress to vote to remove a medal. All medals with the exception of the Country Presidents Personal Award may only be handed out to Belgian citizens or those with honorary masks such as HoC or HoF. 3/5 medals (all of the Order of the crowns) have different levels (knight, officer, commander), each level is obtainable by achieving a certain task or goal which further advances the Belgian state. 



Country Presidents Personal awar😛
A Country President can hand out one medal to any person per term. The Award is a special thanks for tremendous actions towards the Belgian state and community which drastically improved Belgium. It is a very special award and the highest award possible, at the moment. 

Recipients:  
Mr. Wonka - Count Drakula - I hereby give Count Drakula the County Presidents personal award for Greatly improved relations with the UK and Belgium, constantly in communicating and coordination with the Belgian Government via Sirius and the UK. As well as  defending Belgium against NL, by blocking borders and taking fast action against the Moldova presence in Belgium. 

Jofroi - Mr. Wonka - I would like to nominate Mr. Wonka as he has been one of the most active citizens in Belgium this month and is constantly working hard, doing a really awesome job, while working in both foreign and home affairs. His work in Foreign affairs (MPPs, Sirius, Treaties) is astonishing to see and amazing, i am constantly impressed with his diplomacy and knowledge in foreign affairs. I do not see who more a than him could deserve such a honor. 

Member of the Kings court:
A medal that can only be handed out by the king for being in the kings court. 

Recipients:  None given at the moment 

Order of the crown:
Commanding the Belgian national army: for commanding the Belgian State military units. Most notably the Belgian National Army.  
Knight = for commanding any Belgian State Military unit (BCA, ABC, BNA) 
officer = for commanding any Belgian State Military unit for more than 6 months 
commander = for commanding the Belgian National Army for a year as well as for life time services towards Belgium and her armies as well as Belgium allies.

Commander = 1,000,000,000 damage for Belgium in one  battle and life term service to eBE and her army's/ EBEs allies.

Civil contributions: ways of getting it: 
Knight = Acting as a moderator or administrator for more than two terms on the forum. 
Officer = donate by helping the state pay for a MPP or any other program worth equal to or more than 25k cc, since the creation of this article. 
Commander = Long lasting impact on Belgium, to be determined by the CP
