What is the mean of “MoFAD”? The mean of “MoFAD” is “Ministry/Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defence”.

The MoFAD is the fusion of two ministries: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence. So, the MoFAD will take decisions about the diplomatic sphere and the military sphere.

The MoFAD is the effect of the razionalization process of the eState and the product of a little eState. Every eState is like a biological organism. A simple organism has got few organs. Instead, a complex organism has got more organs than a simple organism.

In simple words, eSaudi Arabia is a little eState. Therefore, it is not necessary to have a big number of political offices. If you dislike to live in a little eState, you can even invite your friends in this game. A babyboom is not an easy process, but everyone should try to realize it.
