En esta ocasion nos comunicamos con ustedes para informar sobre un unico punto:

1) Tratado de Manila

Debido a desacuerdos territoriales entre Indonesia y nosotros, la diplomacia se ha hecho presente por parte de ambos. Ambos gobiernos nos hemos reunido y planteado nuestas propias perspectivas con respecto a la problematica en cuestion. Por esto, le presentamos este tratado, fruto del trabajo de dos gobiernos/congresos que han apostado por la diplomacia como principal herramienta para la resolucion de conflictos.

1) Tratado de Manila:

El presente tratado tiene las siguientes partes:

Parte I: Guerra de Entrenamiento

Durante el Torneo de Plato, eIndonesia y eColombia tendrán una Guerra de Entrenamiento. Condiciones con respecto a la guerra de entrenamiento:

1) eIndonesia y eColombia lanzaran y aprobaran la ley de Enemigo Natural el uno hacia el otro, el dia antes de que el Torneo de Plato empiece.
2) Ambas partes sólo podrán conquistar las siguientes regiones: Mindanao, Visayas y Palawan. Dicho en otra palabras, eIndonesia y eColombia no atacaran ninguna región fuera de las regiones originarias filipinas, excluyendo Luzon.
3) Si por alguna razón se corta la frontera entre eIndonesia y eColombia, ambos gobiernos deberán reunirse para debatir las medidas a tomar.
3) Ambos países lanzaran y aprobaran la ley de No-Enemigo Natural (No-NE) el día después que el torneo de Plato termina.
4) Cualquiera de los dos presidentes lanzará y aprobará una Propuesta Pacífica. La ley debe pedir una suma de 0 gold de la tesorería del otro país. El otro país debe aceptar la Propuesta de Paz.

Parte II: Pacto de No Agresión (NAP)

Después que termine el Torneo de Plato, eIndonesia y eColombia firmarán un NAP. Condiciones con respecto al NAP:

1) eIndonesia acepta que Palawan, Visayas y las regiones originarias eColombianas están bajo el control de eColombia.
2) eColombia acepta que Mindanao, Sabah y las regiones originarias eIndonesias están bajo control de eIndonesia.
3) Ambas partes aceptan que Luzon esta bajo control de Filipinas.
4) Durante el periodo comprendido por la ley de No-Enemigo Natural y la ley de Propuesta Pacífica, 72 horas totales, ambos gobiernos deben tratar de retornar cualquier región(es) que, de acuerdo a este NAP, pertenece(n) al otro país.
5) En caso de que, por cualquier razón, el último escenario no fuera posible de alcanzar, eColombia y eIndonesia deben retornar cualquier región(es) que de acuerdo a este NAP, tiene(n) que estar en control del otro país. El país ocupador debe retornar la(s) región(es), vía Guerra de Resistencia (RW), en un periodo no mayor a 3 días e informar en un artículo -Boletin MoD- que la región bajo ocupación debe ser retornada vía Guerra de Resistencia (RW)
6) Un pais esta en autorización de lanzar y aprobar una ley de Enemigo Natural a Filipinas, si el país necesita recuperar una región que de acuerdo a este NAP, le pertenece. Si Luzon es conquistada en el proceso, el país ocupador tiene 72 horas para retornar Luzon, vía Guerra de Resistencia (RW).
7) No debe ser aprobada ninguna ley de Enemigo Natural del uno hacia el otro, al menos que ambos gobiernos acuerden hacerlo.
8 ) El presente NAP expira después de 30 días de terminado el Torneo de Plato.

Parte III: Penalidades

Relativo a las consecuencias de romper el tratado:

1) El gobierno eArgentino será el garante de eColombia y el gobierno eChileno será el garante de Indonesia.
2) Al comienzo del Torneo de Plato, ambos países deben transferir 20.000 cc a una ORG en control del gobierno de su garante.
3) En caso de que eColombia o eIndonesia rompan cualquier parte del presente tratado, el acuerdo se cancela. Ambos garantes deben transferir los 40.000 cc totales a una ORG en control del gobierno afectado.
4) Si ambos países cumplen el presente acuerdo, sus respectivos garantes deben retornar los 20.000 cc a una ORG en control del gobierno del que ellos fueron garante, después de que el NAP expire.
5) Octavius Remus, MoFA filipino, será observador en el presente tratado.

1) Treaty of Manila:

The present treaty has the following parts:

Part I: Training War

During Plato’s Tournament, eIndonesia and eColombia will have a Training War. Conditions regarding the Training War:

1) eIndonesia and eColombia will launch and pass Natural Enemy law to each other the day before Plato’s tournament starts.
2) Both parties will only be able to conquests the next regions: Mindanao, Visayas and Palawan. In other words, eIndonesia and eColombia will not attack any region outside Philippines core regions, excluding Luzon.
3) Both countries will launch and pass No Natural Enemy law the day after Plato’s tournament finishes.
4) If by any reason eColombian-eIndonesian border gets cut, both government must reunite to decide the measures to be taken.
4) Either Country President will launch and pass the Peace Proposal law. The law must ask for a sum of 0 gold of the other country’ treasury. The other country must accept the Peace Proposal law.

Part II: Non-Aggression Pact (NAP)

After Plato’s Tournament finishes, eIndonesia and eColombia will sign a NAP. Conditions regarding the NAP:

1) eIndonesia accepts Palawan, Visayas and eColombian core regions are under control of eColombia.
2) eColombia accepts Mindanao, Sabah and eIndonesian core regions are under control of eIndonesia.
3) Both Parties accepts that Luzon is under control of ePhilippines.
4)During the period comprehended by No-Natural Enemy law and peace proposal law, 72 hours total, both government must try to return any region(s) that according to this NAP belong to the other country.
5) In case that by any reason, last scenario was not possible to achieve, eColombia and eIndonesia must return any region(s) that according this NAP has to be in control of the other country. The occupying country must return the region(s) via Resistance War in a period not longer than 3 days and inform in an article -MoD bulletin- that the region under occupation must be return via Resistance War.
6) A country is entitled to launch and pass a Natural Enemy law to ePhilippines, if the country needs to recover a regions that according to this NAP belongs to it. If Luzon is conquered in the process, the occupying country has 72 hours to return Luzon via Resistance War.
7) No Natural Enemy law should be approved toward each each, unless both governments agree to it.
8 ) The present NAP expires after 30 days of ended Plato’s Tournament.

Part III: Penalties

Related to the consequences of breaking the treaty:

1) eArgentine government will be eColombia’s guarantor and eChilean government will be eIndonesia’s guarantor.
2) At the beginning of Plato’s Tournament both countries have to transfer 20.000 cc to an ORG in control of their own guarantor’s government.
3) In case eColombia or eIndonesia breaks any part of the present treaty, the agreement is cancel. Both guarantor must transfer the 40.000 cc total to an ORG in control of the affected government.
4) If both countries fulfill the present agreement, their respective guarantor must return the 20.000 cc to an ORG in control of the government they were guarantor, after the NAP expires.
5) Octavius Remus, Philippines MoFA, will be observer in the present treaty.
