[MOFA] Training War between eArmenia and eGeorgia

Today, 13th of June, a meeting was held between the Governments of Georgia and Armenia, wher the Presidents, Ministers of Defense and Foregin Affairs participated. The agenda of the meeting was a training war between the two nations.
Terms of the agreement are as follows:
1. Both countries agree to send military help to the other side if necessary to keep the following conditions;
2. eGeorgia proposes Natural Enemy law on eArmenia, eArmenia follows by proposing eGeorgia as Natural Enemy;
3. After NE laws pass, eGeorgia waits for auto-attack limit (24 hours) and starts the attack;
4. eGeorgia loses the attack, giving the initiative to eArmenia;
5. eArmenia waits for the 24 hour limit, attacks and loses the intiative;
6. Steps 4 and 5 are repeated until both countries can propose the No Natural Enemy law;
7. No Natural Enemy law passes in both countries, and the war is terminated by a Peace Proposal.

Participants in the war should not waste bars or gold in the war, since the intention is to lose. The format, as listed above will be in a Ping-Pong format, without any actual invasion.
