Switzerland and Slovenia
Switzerland and Slovenia are good friends. We are currently occupied by Slovenia, as you can see by looking at us on a map.


Now, Slovenia is wiping us because of our on-going PTO threat. The full 3 Point Plan is as follows:
The Nine-month-3-Point Plan

The Swiss Confederation and the Slovenian Republic:
Wish to encourage cooperation and friendship between the two nations;
Work to protect Swiss national security;

Have adopted the following 3-Point Plan:

Article I

1) Slovenia will wipe Switzerland before Congress Elections every month whenever requested

Article II

1) 1) Switzerland will start liberating Graubunden and Svizzera italiana on 24th each month
a) Slovenia will assist the Swiss military effort in the Resistance War
b) In case of a PTO, Slovenia will keep Switzerland wiped permanently until the PTO threat is gone or deal expires, if requested by the signed Swiss representative of this treaty (Rican)

Article III

1) Slovenia will rent Deutschschweiz and Romandie from Switzerland for 30,000 country currency per month
a) Payment will be made to the Swiss representative of this treaty (chukcha) on the last day of every month
b) Rent can be negotiated with the Swiss representative of this treaty (Rican) every month, after payment is made for the current month.

END OF TREATY
The treaty has three parts. The first outlines what is in progress now. Slovenia will wipe Switzerland through war around the time of congress in order to prevent congressional elections.
The second part is more complicated. It states that on the 24th a resistance war will start to liberate Graubuden and Svizzera italiana so we can have half of our regions back. If their was a PTO to the presidency, Rican, the signer of the treaty, would ask for a permanent wipe. This is a last resort option.
The third part is the monetary part.Slovenia pays 30,000 CC per month to the Swiss Government. Because of money being stolen in the past by the PTOers (400,000) the money is sent directly to chukcha, a past president, who is one of four people who hold the currency from the countries banks. Every week this money is monitored and recorded, and all safe from harm.
