What I Intend to Do this term?

As detailed in the Public Dail, I will be doing the following things during my term here at the Foreign Ministry.

- Improve relations with non-Brolliance nations like India and South Africa

- Try and increase co-operation with certain existing EDEN allies like Croatia and Spain and forge new ties with China (a growing power in Asia)and other strategic nations.

- Increase military aid through deployments to other countries like India as and when necessary.

- Get all Irish ambassadors to other countries to publish their country reports within the Irish media for the public to see.

- Keep a list of countries whose migrants to Ireland shall not be granted citizenship or shall be granted after extensive investigation

Day One Work

My day at the Foreign Affairs Office began very usually with no work coming on at the start. However, today I have done three things.

1. I have opened an IRC channel dedicated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the same server as the #ireland and #IDFSupply channels. Yes, it's in Rizon and it's called "#mofa.ireland". so the next time you go to IRC, trype "/j #mofa.ireland" to get in touch with MoFA officials.

2. I have had talks with Reiji Mitsurugi, the Japanese Foreign Minister today first thing after the IRC business. I have been assured of any help from Japan in case UK poses a renewed threat to us. Also, with Japan's war against South Korea being waged in the Korean Peninsula, we have been asked to lend a helping hand should the Empire decide to rise again and wipe out the South Koreans. Of course, Japan can defeat South Korea all by itself but with the German MPP on Sk's side, it can't.

Later on, I did learn that the invasion was put on hold by President Danyeo due to the very same reason.

3. Finally, I had a small chat with Canadian Prime Minister Nea Milosu and I have been asked to talk about renewal of the Canadian MPP. The MPP Renewal motion has been put through the Canadian Parliament approximately 10 hours ago. And after talking to Patton, I will be doing the same in the Private Dail.

That is all for today and I hope that the coming term will be a very fruitful one for Brolliance, Ireland and everyone as a whole in the Foreign Ministry.

Thank You,
Santiago Hortez
Minister of Foreign Affairs
