Chilenos, amigos e aliados,

Queremos informarles sobre los siguientes puntos


1. Guerra de entrenamiento con Hungría

Hemos acordado con el gobierno de Hungría una guerra de entrenamiento. El plan de batalla provee que el país atacante pierde la batalla y que la iniciativa cambia al otro país.

Edit: Como Chile tiene la iniciativa después de declarar NE a Hungría, conquista la region de Otago y pierde la siguiente batalla. Entonces ambos paises pierden en sus respectivos ataques.

Estamos a la espera que Australia puede unirse a la TW después de las elecciones para los congresos el 25 de junio. En este caso se cambiaría el plan de batalla e informaríamos en otra publicación.


2. Acuerdo de alquiler con Nueva Zelanda

Con Nueva Zelanda hemos acordado el alquiler de dos regiones, Otago y Canterbury. Con esto Chile contara con un bono de 100% en armas y 40% en comida. El acuerdo será ejecutado después de terminar la guerra de entrenamiento con Hungría y los detalles serán publicados en otro artículo.


3. Australia

En las últimas semanas hemos estado en contacto con el gobierno de Australia expresando nuestro deseo de alquilar las regiones de Tasmania y Victoria para aumentar el bono de comida a 80%. En las conversaciones Australia y Chile aclararon su punto de vista sobre diversos eventos en el pasado y expresaron su voluntad de mejorar la cooperación entre ambos países. Nos quedamos en seguir con las negociaciones para que se pueda realizar un acuerdo de arrendamiento probablemente en el próximo mes.


4. Bolivia y Paraguay

Después de la exitosa liberación de nuestros hermanos en Paraguay por lo que les felicitamos
pudimos cerrar también una operación militar para asegurar la integridad de Bolivia. La operación se había hecho necesaria después de que elementos enemigos liberaron la región de Chuquisaca y Tarija. Paraguay declaró NE a Bolivia y conquistó Chuquisaca y Tarija mientras Hungría se defendió exitosamente en la RW en el Altiplano Boliviano. Con esta acción pudimos mantener cerrado la frontera entre Bolivia e Argentina.

Al mismo tiempo logramos en conversaciones con el gobierno de Hungría que el país europeo libere una región (Beni e Cochabamba) para el congreso de Bolivia.

Chile seguirá vigilando la situación de sus aliados, especialmente en Sudamérica.


5. Alianzas e aliados

Sobre la discusión sobre alianzas e aliados se publicara en breve también otro artículo con la finalidad de aclarar los lineamientos de la política exterior de Chile y nuestra posición en el sistema internacional. Reiteramos pero ya que no es la posición de nuestro gobierno de dejar aliados históricos por otros, mas bien se trata de posicionarnos lo mejor que posible en un tiempo en cual el sistema de alianzas ha empezado a moverse.

Chileans, friends and allies,

We want to inform you on the following points:


1. Training War with Hungary

We have agreed a training war with the government of Hungary. The battle plan provides that the attacker country loses the battle and the initiative switches to the another country.

Edit: As Chile has the initiative after declaring NE on Hungary, Chile will conquer first the region of Otago and lose in the subsequent battle. Afterwards both countries will lose in their attacks.

We are expecting that Australia can join the TW after the elections for congress on June 25th. In this case the battle plan would be changed and we would inform you in another publication.


2. Rental Agreement with New Zealand

With New Zealand we have agreed to rent two regions, Otago and Canterbury. With that Chile will have a 100% weapons bonus and a 40% food bonus. The agreement will be executed after the training war with Hungary has ended and the details will be published in another article.


3. Australia

In recent weeks we have been in contact with the government of Australia expressing our desire to rent the regions of Tasmania and Victoria to increase our food bonus to 80%. In conversations Australia and Chile clarified their views on various events in the past and expressed their willingness to enhance cooperation between the two countries. We will continue the negotiations so that we probably can make a lease agreement next month.


4. Bolivia and Paraguay

After the successful liberation of our brothers in Paraguay for what we congratulate them,
we also could close a military operation to ensure the integrity of Bolivia. The operation had become necessary after enemy elements liberated the region of Chuquisaca and Tarija. Paraguay declared NE to Bolivia and conquered Chuquisaca and Tarija while Hungary successfully defended the RW in the Bolivian Altiplano. With this action we could keep closed the border between Bolivia and Argentina.

At the same time we could reach in conversations with the government of Hungary that the European country will release a region (Beni and Cochabamba) for the Congress of Bolivia.

Chile will continue to monitor the situation of their allies, especially in South America.


5. Alliances and allies

On the discussion of alliances and allies also another article will be published shortly in order to to clarify the guidelines of the foreign policy of Chile and our position in the international system. But we already can assert that it is not the position of our government to change historical allies for others. It´s about getting us in the best position we can get in a time in which the system of alliances has begun to move.
