In this article we’ll explain how the Italian territory with all its beauty sites appears!

Italy is basically a peninsula which throws itself in the Mediterranean Sea (called “Mare Nostrum” by the Romans which means: “Our Sea”), and two great islands.




Our land is not so big compared to other European nations but surely it has the most epic sceneries in Europe thanks to its seas and its mountains.
In the North, Italy is delimited by the Alps, the great mountain range which divides Italy from France, Switzerland and Austria and that is house of our tallest mount: the Mont Blanc!




But the North is not only a place where mountains lie, in facts we have also our greatest plain there: the Po Valley!




Descending, mountains do not abandon us! The Apennines are another mountain range who run from the Po Valley to the deep South of our peninsula and give home to many Italian symbolic animals, such as the wolf and the bear!




In the South part of the peninsula there are the most beautiful beaches of our country and perhaps of Europe too!




But what we Italians love the most are our two big islands: Sicily and Sardinia.

These islands are very fascinating for lovers and nature-lovers because they offer places to stay in solitude and fine landscapes.







Our biggest cities are:
Milan, in the North part, second city for population after Rome with 1.345.890 people living there.
Here’s a view of the city:




Rome, in the central part, first city for inhabitants with 2.786.034 people.



And in the southern part of the country, we have Naples with 957.012 inhabitants,
With its characteristic volcano called Vesuvius!

L'Italia saluta i suoi amici lontani di Taiwan! 😃

In questo articolo spiegheremo come appare il nostro bellissimo territorio!
L'italia è una penisola che si getta nel Mar Mediterraneo (chiamato “Mare Nostrum” dai Romani), e due grandi isole.




La nostra nazione non è molto grande se confrontata con molti altri paesi europei ma sicuramente offre gli scenari più belli d'Europa grazie alle sue montagne e ai suoi mari.

A Nord, l'Italia è delimitata dalle Alpi, la grande catena montuosa che divide l'Italia dalla Francia, dalla Svizzera e dall'Austria ed ospita anche il nostro monte più alto: il Monte Bianco!




Ma al Nord non ci sono solo montagne, infatti lì si trova anche la nostra più grande pianura: la Pianura Padana!




Scendendo più in basso, le montagne non ci abbandonano di certo! Gli Appennini sono infatti un'altra catena montuosa che corre dalla Pianura Padana fino al profondo sud della penisola ed è la casa di molti animali simbolici italiani come il lupo e l'orso!




Nel sud della penisola si trovano le spiagge più belle del nostro paese e forse d'Europa!




Ma la cosa che noi italiani amiamo di più sono le nostre due isole maggiori: la Sicilia e la Sardegna.
Queste isole sono l'ideale per gli innamorati e per gli amanti della natura perchè offrono luoghi nei quali si può stare un po' da soli e bellissime viste.







Le nostre principale città sono:
