[MOFA] Rental Agreement with Turkey v2.1

Hello Georgians, Turkey and Georgia re-signed Rental Agreement. The reason are taxes. Previous agreement was made when our taxes were high but now we have lowered taxes and forced to update a rental as 15,000 stopped to correspond to reality.

-ეს შეთანხმება ავტომატურად განახლდება ხოლმე იქამდე სანამ რომელიმე მხარე არ იქნება აღნიშნულ პირობებზე თანახმა.

-ესაქართველო დააყენებს ბონუსად ძროხას აფხაზეთის რეგიონში რომელიც გადაცემულ არის თურქეთისათვის.

-ეთურქეთი გადაიხდის 10.000 CC-ს. Tax-დათვლილი იქნება ყოველ თვეში ორივე ქვეყნის წარმომადგენელ მთავრობას შორის.

-თუ თურქეთი დაკარგავს ამ რეგიონს ესაქართველო გაუკეთებს ეთურქეთს NE-ს და უკან დაიბრუნებს აღნიშნულ რეგიონს.

English version
- This agreement will be automatically renewed for next terms until one of sides does not agree.

- eGeorgia will set cattle bonus at Abkhazia region and will give it to eTurkey.

- eTurkey will pay 10,000 CC and tax return for renting. Tax return will be calculated each month, agreed upon by respective governements and returned to eGeorgia.

- If eTurkey will lose that region, eGeorgia will NE eTurkey and give this region back.

- Bu anlaşma her ay iki tarafın da onaylaması halinde otomatik olarak uzayacaktır.

- eGürcistan, Abkhazia bölgesine sığır bonusu koyup, bölgeyi eTürkiye’ye verecektir.

- eTürkiye, eGürcistan’a kira bedeli olarak aylık 10,000 CC ve vergi iadesi ödeyecektir. Vergi iadesi, her ay ilgili hükümetler tarafından hesaplanarak kararlaştırılır ve miktar eGürcistan’a iade edilir.

- Eğer eTürkiye bu bölgeyi kaybederse, eGürcistan NE verip bu bölgeyi iade edecektir.
