At the time when all states are endangered - large and small - must take prudent steps. CSFR has prepared a plan for how to deal with one of these problems. This problem is of course PTO.
Appointment of a special international institutions can protect the countries from congress, president and party president PTO. in addition to securing the member countries through projects helped themselves in various other ways.
