[MoFA] New Term

Day 1,203, 10:10 Published in Ireland Ireland by Sean MacDiarmata

Today I begin my new role as the replacement for the savage MoFA IrishBhoy1967 who has embarked on a new road with our brothers in Croatia and I wish him all the luck in the world. He did an absolute epic job as MoFA and im not going to pretend the work I can do will even come close but ill try as always.

I was delayed getting started due to unforeseen circumstances but im here now and ready to get to work.

We have ended our natural enemy with Canada after a successful training war with albeit a few hiccups but I believe it went well on both sides and our citizens are stronger after it. We now have to look on wards at new goals and new targets and see what the future holds for our island. At the moment of writing we have two mpp's, one with Croatia which has 28 days left to run and one with China which ends in 3 days.

I will be looking to try get us the best mpp's at the best price and will be in talks with our allies around the world about getting some done soon. Be patient Ireland and we will get some done and will be again fighting abroad for our allies.

Currently it is quite on the war front with currently only two of our allies engaged in a war, others are but they are training wars.

Currently those fights are, Croatia vs Serbia and Romania vs Hungary

If there is IA soldiers who Self Supply id ask that they proceed to support our brothers in Croatia or Romania because we are not engaged at the moment so soldiers can fight in the above battles.

I will be in discussions with our government and Dáil Éireann about the routes we can take MPP wise and will publish any updates here and on the forum.

Ambassadors Wanted
We are seeking experienced and quality Ambassadors. I am looking for quality over quantity for this term. It's gonna work something like this-
- Each successful applicant chooses a group of countries they feel they can have success with.
- Weekly Report on the Nations in question to be handed into the FA Department.
- Reporting of news from the media, forums etc from the country in question with links to anything of interest
- Spend time on the IRC channels of the countries in question everyday you log on.
- Report to the Department any prominent individuals from these countries who you have contacted and feel may be of benefit to Ireland, to be added to a list of contacts for the Irish FA Department.
- To those who meet these requirements each week, I will personally pay a weekly amount of currency.

Ambassador Applications

For those of you who believe that only allowing the most experienced players a chance at taking a role, I encourage all applicants to take on a younger player they see potential in, take them under your wing and show them the ropes etc etc.

*Thanks to IB for the template for the articles to make it easier to do*
