Todos recordamos a eMontenegro una nación amiga y hermana que en nuestros tiempos difíciles nos ayudaron sin importar como, si era mucho o poco, pero ahí estaba para hacernos saber que existía una mano amiga en tiempos de crisis.

Hoy queremos decir a todos nuestros amigos, aliados, a aquellos con los que empezamos a construir fuertes lazos, en especial a eMontenegro que eVenezuela no olvida la ayuda que nos dieron, es por ello que desde el equipo de Relaciones Exteriores, actuamos como voceros para expresar lo que nuestro egobierno quiere profesar y no es otra cosa que llamar a la calma a nuestros hermanos de Montenegro, sabemos la situación que atraviesan pero aquí estamos sus hermanos de Venezuela con las manos de la solidaridad y la ayuda para suavizar la senda que hoy tienen que vivir.

A nuestro amigo Petar Popara Crni, sabemos que la situación es muy dura, sin embargo confiamos en que llevarás por un buen camino a Montenegro ya que eres un excelente líder y no sólo lo has demostrado en éstas circunstancias, sino que también en el pasado, a ti también nuestros más sinceros deseos de hermandad, solidaridad y ayuda.

Danas zelimo svojim prijateljima, saveznicima, onima sa kojima gradimo snazne odnose, pre svih Crnoj Gori , da Venecuela nije zaboravila pomoc koja joj je pruzena , sto je i razlog zasto mi iz tima Spoljnih Poslova zelimo da prenesemo da nasa vlada zeli i poziva nasu bracu u Crnoj Gori da ostanu odmereni u teskoj situaciji kroz koju prolazite , jer Venecuela je uz vas.
