[MoFA] Let's get the work started!

Dear citizens of eJapan.

First of all I want to thank everyone who voted for Nicolas as CP and the parties that decided to support him as CP.
Without all of you Nicolas wouldn't have become our CP and I probably wouldn't have become the MoFA of this month.

Now, let me tell you all that even though this is my first time within the MoFA and I am quite inexperienced, I trust Nicolas judgement in having me take this position and that I will do my absolute best!
I will try to inform you all upon my work from time to time and if there's anything you want to talk with me about, please feel free to comment my articles (whether it's a MoFA, SSG or just a private article doesn't matter) however I would like you to refrain from contacting me through PM as I will probably have a whole bunch of active PMs to read daily and some that I will have to keep active myself. Thus I would like to limit the amount to a bare minimum.
However you may contact me through comments, the chatroom (though limited to MU-members) and on the forum.

I will also try to include myself on the IRC, however experience from my time in eNorway has shown I'll be unreliable there unfortunately, as I tend to forget about it...

As for what I will do this month, I will work on our relations with Asteria/Leto countries to increase our chances of success in any discussions with the government of eRoC.

In addition I will try to improve our relations with additional countries like:
-Canada - Already have a good start with their MoFA, Dozzer_x, and he has offered to help me with the MoFA-work whenever I need it.
-Cuba - Hopefully we will gain their support against USA through improved relations
-France - A wish from the government is to improve our relations with them as well
-Norway - My hope here is to improve our relations with ASGARD through my former country, which I still have strong political ties with

Chile, Venezuela and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) have also contacted me and wishes to improve relations between our countries, which is great news for us as we need more friendly relations out there and nothing is better than countries offering their support.

By request from the government I have also contacted Hungary about renewal of MPP with them, as we would like to continue our friendship with both Hungary and Serbia.

For the last part of this article I would like to answer Nobunaga Sensei's article regarding the MoFA.

The MoFA of this month will work hard to ensure we will not encounter any two-front wars with both the RoC and USA during this month. eJapan cannot handle two fronts at once, as we can barely handle just one front.

I have yet to receive any response from Cuba, however I have contacted their MoFA and hope to get response soon enough.

As for a ambassador system inside MoFA, I am open for such a system. However because of the lack of activity in most parties and among quite a heavy amount of our citizens in general (especially in media), I am unsure if such a system would be possible atm. So as for the time being I will take care of it all by my own.

Ahh, I see. Well, I have my hopes about Canada, as they, according to their MoFA, would like to restore our old friendship.

With the other countries it is still too soon for me to say anything about that, as I have yet to receive any reply from their MoFA's. But give me a week or so and perhaps you will get your answer in a future article or something.

I welcome the idea of MPP and cooperation with Canada, Cuba, France and Norway

Ultimately it is for the government and congress as a whole to decide who we cooperate with or not. However my main mission is to improve our relations with as many countries as possibly. They don't have to be allies now, but in the future a friendly relation with them could be necessary, like if we by pure coincidence were to become allies through an alliance 🙂

It is a standard type of message from every MoFA in this eWorld.

Well.. at least he's telling us what he's doing and what he's intending to do..some of our previous MoFA's should have followed this "newbie's" example. His activities aren't left to the imagination and second-guessing.

Yes I am indeed a newbie. I have never been part of any MoFA, only MoD and congress in eNorway. However to just see such messages as standard messages is even more noobish in my opinion, as they actually bothered to contact me in the first place.
There is always a reason as to why someone sends such messages, even if it's a standard message. I have limited myself to message those countries we are interested in working with, as well as answering any message I receive from the MoFA of other countries. In this way my "standard" message actually has some value and I believe others to have similar reasons behind theirs.

And btw. I never took this as an attack. Though, in the future you should refrain from calling someone "newbie..." as many may take that as an insult. In my case I am a newbie, so I see no point in looking down on it 😛
